Thank you for the advice. I already have a Leoric Crown and Akkhan boots to replace, but the problem is: loosing the Captain Crimson pieces I'm going to miss the cooldown reduction that consent me to permanently stay in uber-mode.
I'll definately go for the Phalnax boost on boots and helm.
Also, I've already some of the Rolands pieces. Maybe I can do the switch you suggest above, farm bloodshard to get the pieces that I'm missing and then go for the Rolands one.

It is centered on the full bonus for Akkhan, spamming Phalnax with the shield that doubles it. I can also run the shotgun build but this is my favourite.

Recently i've found a very nice skorn (1400dps, dex, vit, 199 crit dmg) that boost my dps at 100k unbuffed.
But there is one problem. I'm often dieing because it doesn't have some lifesteal.
Previously I'm using a pair of Fist weapon that grant me some survivability.
So the question is... Can i get some lifesteal besides from weapon?
