As i said in my last reply, i would just have a look through the current top builds videos (linked the youtube vid in other reply), and see if like you any of the builds and then pick the class you want to play based on that, there are so many good builds out there nowadays.
That would make things a lot easier for you.
Thanks!
Narrowed it down to either Wizard 9which was alwats my favorite class) or Necromancer (since it is new and I never experienced itbefore)
decisions decisions...:D
Would you recommend leveling each class to 70 to get the hang of the game again and see which classes i relate to more, treating this more of a training season, or focus on one class and just play it throught the season to also get used to the current end game?
I am clearly not a "professional" player but I came back in the game this summer after 8 seasons of absence I believe. You should try to get a friend/clan member to guide you in game, but this game is pretty easy to understand quickly.
Also, you should maybe consider doing a fresh start with a seasonal character so you get used to it, and you will also benefit season journey gift (which is a full set for the character you want to play). This season I recommend playing a barbarian, it's pretty easy to understand the mechanics.
As of your current characters, it indeed feels like everything is outdated.
If I start a season character, would it make more sense to go for one of the ones I (slightly) remember from 2-3 years ago, or go for something fresh such as the Necromancer or even the Crusader which I barely played with when I quit the game?
I'm Considering returning to the game. Last time I played was August 2015, around the time they added Seasons, Greater Rifts, the option to mod the looks of gear and not sure what else.
I see ALOT has changed and not sure where to start. I have all classes except the Necromancer. I assume all of them have outdated gear that is useless today and don't even remember proper gearing and rotations for any of them, or what the skills even do. Paragon 456, which is probably very low after 2+ years away
Any tips on where to start? How to ease myself into the game? Characters to play? Modes to play? Gear to look for? My profile is here
i feel really bad for some of the people in my clan, who is 300+para or 350+ para.. all their honest hard work for paragon levels, ruined..
Without getting into is exploiting = cheating and whether it deserves bans or not, I don't get one thing
How does someone else getting paragon levels fast ruin all the hard work of your friends?
if not for this topic you would not know the op existed, much less know how many paragon levels he has and how long it took him to get them?
I think the way-point area of the Norther Highlands spawn 1-2 goblins in most cases and it's a very small area so you can cover it and reset if needed every minute or so if you have a fast character
Since
1. it will also appear when failing a rift
2. if you choose it without failing you won't be able to proceed
3. it appears anyway when you finally fail a rift
Any reason to choose this option over upgrading the Grift stone? (other than needing to quit the game anyway or something like that)

I know T6 is 100%, but what about all other difficulty levels? Trying to figure out the fastest way to farm some

Or can I get "dupes" by having a gem in a character's' inventory (not the shared stash) while farming for the same gem with a different character?

Gonna have to think long and hard on where to use it once I get one
