I'm looking for advice on what I should reroll to provide the largest increase in damage on the item.
Fortunately, the item rolled in such a way to provide a few options:
1. The range on the lightning damage is about 200 lower than it could be on the top end.
2. The area damage could be changed to percent damage.
3. The area damage could be changed to attack speed.
