I will try to be as civil as possible in this thread, considering my extreme sadness and confusion right now. Trolls will not be tolerated, and reported on the spot.
I love Diablo 3. I think the game is a magnificent piece of art and have been playing since day 1 leveling between a Barbarian, Wizard, and Demon Hunter: at 51, 55, and 59 respectively. Throughout my course of playing feverishly, and have only used the AH occasionally for upgrades.
With my attention focused on my Demon Hunter and me receiving a large paycheck in real life, I decided to completely buff my lady up with the best gear for Inferno through the RMAH. For the past few days, I have been purchasing off the RMAH for my DH and today when I decided to purchase a 100$ Natalya piece, it didn't go through right away. Rather, it said "processing your transaction." With that I left to play WoW
I come back hours later to discover my account has apparently been suspended for violating their AH terms, yet I have never used it prior to this week. Despite this as well, I receive emails then stating my transaction has been completed, but I am still banned.
I have tried to file tickets, call them, ask friends, but no one save my friends have answered. They just tell me this bullshit of "Why did you use RMAH..."
I really love D3, and I hope it does not end like this. I don't know what to do.
