I suspect that you actually know what you are doing.
Your barb has good balance and you are hitting your brakepoints.
So it is all about adding stats now.
You need more hp,
So i guess i would look for either IK boots or even better, Ice climbers for the %life.
Depending on if you want to go full IK or not.
i dont expecially like EF as a mainhand, as it has low basedmg.
i would rather have a hard hitting mace as a mainhand.
But it will be expensive to change.
What i dont get is why u are running Whirwind - Wind shear?
Only reason would probably be fury problems on low MP.
And then unforgiving passive would be a better option.
If you are going to use xfire, you can look at the daily playerbase.
Numbers from Riot games 12.10.2012 is that 12M are playing LoL on a daily basis.
Of these, there are on average 22.600 Xfire users.
If you do the math here, Diablo has 1,5M players on a daily average.
But this is still just a rough estimate and a way too small sample size only comparing one other game.

I would have to drop the cains set and loose 30% XP bonus and +40 per kill to do act 3.
So just testing if i can run act 1 without loosing to much XP per hour.

Gear: 31% helm gem, 27% leorics ring and cains set for 30%.
+40 XP from gear, and +22 XP from follower.
1 hour = 20,5 mill XP.
After doing 1 hour i logged 15 consecutive runs:
