I'm a little confused on what/why you're asking. Barb is probly the most efficient on a budget for both atm and i'd highly recommend going one. Monk also does well. a CM wiz for ubers will cost more than your budget but there are other builds but i don't think they pwn the ubers or anything.
Sorry if it wasn't too clear, you answered it regardless though haha. Basically I have 300m to spend and want to be able to uber/some para farming, just wanted to know what class would be best at that considering the budget. So it sounds like barb is the way to go.
I'm looking to make either a monk/barb/wiz. Not really interested in wd/dh. Primarily for ubers but it would be nice if I could do some efficient para farming too (even if I have to swap a couple pieces of gear/spec). Which class/build would be best to accomplish this considering the budget?
Haven't being paying a whole lot of attention till 1.0.4 came out, not sure if this is the ideal build for my gear. I don't have a whole lot of gold to work with (~7mil) so I'm not sure where the quickest upgrade would be..
