With the complete lack of communication from the dev team, Data Mining the PTR could be extremely useful of late. We have no idea of the changes that have taken place on 3 PTR patches in a row. So a datamine would at least give us a idea of the direction they are taking with this patch in lieu of them actually telling us..

Mad_Tom posted a message on Lack of devs responses on PTR...Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion...really makes me sad about the future of D3.
At the beginning of this PTR phase we had an occasional blue post on PTR forums, for the last 2 weeks there practically was no real "conversation" with them regarding where they wanna go with items/sets/skills/classes.
Even the last 2 PTR patches (where it seems they mainly did hidden nerfs), we didn't get any patch notes...
Makes me feel, that we as players are practically not important to them anymore.
Your thoughts?
And yes, I understand it's their game and they can do whatever they want with it, however, they stated by themselves that they need to improve communication with the community, but it seems to just get worse.

Jamoose posted a message on Asia ingame store going worldwide?Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionWhat the hell could a downside be of adding a cosmetic items shop? Players feedback? What, some trolls on the forums would say that "This is not wow" ? They've been saying that for years now. Seriously it sounds like complete bullshit to me. I have yet to hear one reasonable excuse as to why eu/na don't have the item shop already.

The_Mootrix posted a message on POLL: How rare should Primal Ancients be!?Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion[When you create a new thread there is a button on the bottom left under the dialog box to "add a poll".]
What I want is for that primal ancient (no matter how long it took to farm or what percentage the drop rate) to be useful to my build or at least an obvious build in that character's class (e.g. Lets say someone is playing UE grenades and they get a PA Manticore- not useful for UE but it creates excitement for a Marauders build). So maybe 5% drop rate on items that have no magical effect and 1% on others. Really the only thing PAs do is make sure there are perfect ancients out there. If I look at my nonseasonal gear I can't imagine much difference between current gear and PA gear.
I will also say that the lower the drop rate the more important it is to me personally that Blizz conducts regular bans. I hate to think that some botter is getting fully geared with PAs and I'm barely getting any. Whether it has any real impact is another question, but it will make me feel better about playing. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.
