Interesting. It would cost an enormous amount to regear to life regen though. With most people considering doing >MP5 already at gear values approaching or in excess of 1 Billion gold, I don't think I see myself trying it. I'm glad its working though, more diversity = better for our class.
As a side note, I see you use pierce the veil. At no point in my characters progression past 60 has it given me anywhere near the dps gain (not to mention all resist) that Gruesome feast does. Have you tried to see what the dps difference is for you?
Dropped in 1x Alkaizer run with added on keywarden

- 1x set weapon: Chantodo's wand
-1x WD helm (ilvl 62 crap)
- 1x Monk helm (Tzo K something)
So the drop rate is markedly higher, but it was similar in the first 2-3 days of 1.04, whereafter Legendary drops went down a lot, so I will wait before I say its massively increased, but at the moment it seems that with extra MF from MP and double drop rate, at high mf it has a very high legendary drop

I'm a paragon lvl 37 (almost 38!) WD with just over 50k dps, in my 400mf gear. I do a modified alkaizer run, which yields me around 22mil xp /hour. Core->tower1->if not 5 stack keep 3, if 5 stack keep 2, then areat 1, fields, rakkis.
In the last 13 paragon levels I have dropped 6 legendaries: So thats one every other paragon level.
4 Balefires, 1 Logan's claw -> all 4 i salvaged, 1 i vendored.
The 5th legendary was a flaming axe with 640dps...
So I'm not really sure how some people manage a legendary every other run etc, and I'm pretty sure they dont have much more MF than my 400.
What I have noticed though, which I am unsure if this is the problem, is that I have 7000 elite kills since being paragon lvl 0. That seems a bit low? I run with a 27% xp gem.
All my gear I wear was found, and a few pieces bought with gold. I have not done any RMAH. Currently at level P37 I have around 19mil gold.
I farm week afternoons, on european server, from 5pm->9pm. I almost never get drops in this time of any worth. On my holiday week, I managed to play in daytime, and got my 5 useless legendaries.
I'm unsure if playing weekends will improve my drops, since I spend time with my wife then.
But it seems that the zombie dogs summoned by circle of life are still the old weak ones? they do not seem to have the "force shield" that the other normal ones have and still die very quick? or at least quicker than the ones I summon normally?

With my WD I am currently happily farming act2 inferno with minimal deaths, 50 packs, skipping belial in about 2hours. However act3 is a mission, I can kill some packs, but it takes long and I die often.
Summary stats: 41k dps without PTV, 35khp, lowest resist 305, EHP 175k, armor 3000,
MF 196% with follower, +- 271% with 5 stack NV, I do not gear swop
Note: I play from South Africa, so latency is like Australia. High risk quick response builds not really going to work since I will get hits sometimes. Current EHP allows me to survive about 3 hits.
Advice needed
1. General build and gear advice. I use splinters due to long range, allows off screen dps, can kill all trash before its near me. Anything I can replace it with?
2. What should I be aiming at gear wise? How much dps should I be aiming to sacrifice? If I get a shield, I lose roughly 12k dps, if I change my helm away from intel/crit I lose 4-5k dps, etc. More AR? more armor?
3. Anyone successfully farming act3 with high mf without swopping. Mind linking your profile, giving some advice? explaining your general play/deaths/etc? Really need some advice.
4. I have around 20mil eu gold currently to spend on upgrades. Not looking to spend RMAH.
Any advice would really be appreciated. Thanks again

In 1.05 this MIGHT change, I think I saw Brahm is testing it for a bat spam build, to see if it is possible to do without going OOM.
