Aug 11, 2012MacenKrace posted a message on A lot of DH builds use hungering arrow with spray of teeth popular, but why?I tried to run for a while with EF and shrapnel rune but i hated it when it vaulted me a lot of times, and sometimes when there was too little space behind me right into a wall. Also against faster mobs but in closed spaces i find it quite annoying as my disc is being spent 2/3 times after shooting because of fast mobs and the big distance it covers. Also that ruins my chance of ss when i need it to if it vaults when i don't need it to.Posted in: Demon Hunter: The Dreadlands

I think i have readed somewhere that they are going to make you able to cancel auction whenever you wan't, as long as there is no bid on it.. Don't know if this will be for 1.04 or 1.1
Also that they will raise for how many properties you can searh for .. raising it to whole 6 stats you can search for at the same time
I read the latest preview and there was no mentioning the cancel button for the auction, but i;m sure they will introduce the 4th value of an attribute to be searchable on the AH on 1.0.4

Well, as you pointed out, we already get a bunch of guaranteed rares from various places, in addition to the regular drops of mobs and loot-able objects. While I agree that Resplendent Chests are not as good as their rarity implies, I think we don't need more guaranteed rares. I feel that changing the TC drops of chests would be enough, as in more gold, increased chances for artisan receipts and pages, gems and potions. Basically everything that is useful in a practical sense.
Its not that I don't want more good items, I just think that on the way to the chest, we usually already have four elite packs on the way, thereby giving us enough rares. Sometimes, I'm quite content with finding 2-3 flawless square gems as I craft all my stuff by myself, and this would be a good way to give some sort of guaranteed progression in that sense. What really sucks though is finding a golden chest and walking away with a single pile of gold, 2-3 blues and nothing else worth mentioning.
I agree with this. Though chest should not be buffed, they should have a slightly higher drop rate for plans, gems, gold (as in more gold), and more potions, which should reward the player for doing the dungeon. I consume around 30 potions on a run on act 2 and barely get around 10 or less from drops. i would want more portions so as not to spend that much on the vendor when i buy them.
Aug 11, 2012My advice to vendor items, if you really want them to sell, is to look at the lowest value of primary stat and vit they have (and sockets). Other stuff such as globes regen and radius won't matter much for lvls less than 60 or others just work good in combination (MF+GF; GF+radius). When you search for items search for /-5 value of the stat by aproximation so if you have a 53 dex 37 vit item go for 50 and 35, and seach the lowest bid/buyout (most ppl want low lvl items fast so put a buyout) and you can either put it cheaper than that, or around that price. Also for lvl 60 All resist, armor, %life, CC/Cdmg are good as long as they come with high value primary stats.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
