Only hit a few dry spells where the 60 seconds is not enough time to refresh the stack.
You could always consider the Nephalem Majesty passive.
Ooooh nice catch:D of course thisis the actual solution to the whole problem, but yeah til I can find one of those....:D

Nice tip. So the Neph Glory orbs drop consistently enough to keep it up and negate the downside of Heavenly Strenght? How about the Law's cooldown? Doesn't that make it so at times you're without the Neph Glory buff?

Though I'm sure teammates love that Rune as well.
I'm finding that if I just keep moving, its generally enough to find enough mobs to keep it up. I just empower the law basically every time I get into combat with a pack of 3 or more mobs. If I spend time gawking at my inventory or what not, yeah it gets a bit tougher to keep it rolling. Focused killing in act 3 (still leveling:) has allowed me to roll the stack nicely so far. Only hit a few dry spells where the 60 seconds is not enough time to refresh the stack.

So, I really like the passive Heavenly Strength, but the move speed reduction REALLY bothered me. That is until I tried out this skillwith the Answered Prayer rune. A three stack of Glory grants 10% move speed that does indeed, appear to work with Heavenly Strength. This rune makes it nearly a given that you'll always be running with 3 stack of Nephalem Glory. If this is commonly known, so be it, but if not figured I'd share it with the community, 20% move speed is much more manageable than 10%. Enjoy!

posted a message on Stalgard's Decimator
So I found a Stalgard's Decimator last night with 1348.1 DPS, 784 STR, 472 VIT, 33% CHD and 343% weapon dmg on the proc. Figured I'd give it a go since the proc looked really interesting. Turns out it procs on basically every hit, hell its hard to tell it might actually just proc on swinging at an enemy target (whether you hit or miss). Anyhow I dropped about 20k paperdoll dps (lost a lot of CHD when I swapped it with a Skorn with similar DPS), but it definitely feels like the proc compensates for that and then some. So with the proc in mind I went and made a frenzy/slaughter build.

Granted my gear is sort of crappy, but this thing is tearing through T1-T2, def. not out for min/max xp speed, just wanted something enjoyable to do my runs with, and this def. lets me run round and burst packs of anything (whites or elites) down super saiyan style. Now I know I can't say go grab one off the AH (yay!) but if you happen to find a decently rolled one I definitely would encourage my fellow barbs to give it a shot:)
