My goto build for early T1 Farming (and parts of leveling) in the past two seasons was a build around Ground Stomp / Wrenching Smash and Rend / Ravage. Pull Enemies in, Rend them. Rinse and Repeat. The Rest of the build is up to personal play style. As I'm playing HC in Seasons only I go for Ignore Pain / Bravado and the new Nerves of Steal - Passive for defense. First thing to get would be 2 piece IK bonus for perma Ancients, and with the first GR-Key farm all legendary gems by only advancing on tier at a time.
After that go for what the dropluck gives you.
So for S3 I'm going support barb, no more Raeko I just can't bear it anymore.

I feel the same like you, I don't like Raekors for the long RG fights but on live WW-Builds suck balls. So it's a pleasure to see such furious WW action
You even get a meat bag of a RG with tons of health and rip it apart very fast. That's what I call a Barbarian!

If you have ~35% CDR, it's better to go for damage range, cause you already sit at 3 Hit reset for Charge. Going for 2 Hit Reset would need more then 10% additional CDR, so it's not that good. Charge scales very well with weapon damage, so do the leg gems (pain enhancer, bane of the trapped etc), therefore it's the best option on the weapon, as you can't get it on any other gear piece. The 10% elite damage are so ridiciolus rare it's not worth it, and is easier to get on other pieces. So go for max weapon damage range, leave the 8% untouched.

Could you actually test if the Remorseless Ancients work with the 4pc and 6pc bonus? Doubt they do, but if so would be awesome.
I actually would love to see 6pc sets for every spender, Seismic Slams and HotA are completly forgotten nowadays, and could be so much fun with proper sets supporting them.
I'm running that Combo mainly for the Ancients - Together as One dmg reduce, cause in party play you can't use double Unity, and I lack a good Cassius for IP. Best Result so far was GR41. Survival is no prob with that, but you lack dmg for the RG at higher levels with that combo. Once you have a 6sec Cassius, APDs, Vile Wards and ~40-50% CDR, pure phys Raekor wrecks more havoc than that Combo can do.
TL;DR: Nice and fun I like it, but not viable for high GRs, sadly.
Even the new IK-Set can't change that, cause it would only be interesting with the 6 piece bonus, which is not possible in any way.
SoH go buffed recently not nerfed, dunno where you got this info from?
WWLight with SoH and TF is an effectiv T6 Farm Build, but for higher GRs you need perfect gear, which is difficult to get.
Also it is boring as hell to play, Raekor is so much more fun, personal opinion.
As I had a rough start in the season so far (ripped two times to disconnects) I'm still in the gearing phase
Target is physical Raekor, to get there you have options.
Use Frenzy as primary (especially when you have Undisputed Champ) and either HoTA - Rolling Thunder, Rend - Ravage / Bloodbath or Seismic Slam - Shattered Ground / Permafrost. All three spenders are viable, I like Rend and Slam the most, just fun to play.
As support skills I use Sprint - Marathon for faster farming runs, War Cry - Hardened Wrath / Impunity (look up what rune gives you more toughness), Battle Rage - Marauders Rage / Bloodshed. Do not use Bloodshed rune when running a rend build, cause Rend cannot Crit (Damage is always normal but calculated with cc+cd in mind) and therefore cannot proc Bloodshed rune. I use Call of the Ancients - The Council Rises as a dmg cooldown, which kills any pack / boss very fast.
For the passives I would call Rampage and Ruthless mandatory, cause they give the most DPS-boost. I also like Brawler cause we always want to stand in the midst of the fray, and as fourth passive I use Inspiring Presence for the additional life reg which scales with your max hp instead of using War Cry - Invigorate (which has a fixed life reg).
With a good Two-Handed Weapon, Undisputed Champ, Reaper Wraps you are easy T1-T2 farming. With full legendary gear you can go T3-T4.
I hope for a new entertaining game mode. Actual content of D3 is more than lacking. I could not care less for a new class, only playng Barbarian, always
Just to give you non P&P roleplayers some background about the dice, esp the D4.
This dice is not useless as stated in the video, it would be useless if only one number
would be printed per side. The D4 is counted for that number which comes to lie on the table
and this is shown on every side of the three visible sides once it is thrown.
Therefore there are always three different numbers per side on a D4.
This one particular is not usable because on one side is printed 1 1 4, so only two
different numbers which breaks the D4.
