Nothing groundbreaking going on, just showing what is working well for me right now and wanting to hear some criticism to improve upon.

I chose Reaping Swing because of +fire% damage gear and hitting multiple mobs help reducing OP downtime. Change this one up to suit your needs/preference.
Seismic Slam - Shattered Ground: Again, Fire based damage. This skill is also great for clearing out large groups, especially if they are well clumped in narrow areas, such as KD2 or CotA. With it traveling a decent distance, it mops up pretty well and with it critting on mulptiple mobs, again helps to reduce OP downtime. With crits I am able to 1 shot T3 mobs often. This skill is one of the required ones for this build.
WotB - Slaughter: I use this to burn down elites. Really not necessary for the build, so switching up the runes or going with a whole different skill is up to you.
Overpower - Revel: Fire damage, great for taking down groups. Syncs well with SS for maximizing uptime.
War Cry - Charge: Nice little defensive buff, but more importantly using Charge! to get that quick fury boost.
Leap - Call of Arreat: I prefer to use leap to wrangle up groups easier. Launch yourself into a group, pop OP and then SS all that remains. You can devour trash mobs with ease, even elites by doing this.
Passives: Superstition: Makes it easy to keep spamming SS when fighting elites that have affixes like posion.
Brawler: Because Brawler.
Bloodthirst: I just like the extra health, but this one is just personal preference.
Gearing for the Build:Stacking crit and +%fire damage is the idea behind the build. I use a Skorn (because there's no such thing as good 2.0 2-Handers yet), but dual wield works too. My dual wield set isn`t quite as high damage as my Skorn though. I haven`t tried sword and board for this yet, but I imagine it would work just fine with a decent crit shield.
I bought the game on Xbox360 so my wife and I could play together, (played PC since launch) and we just got to 60 last night. Then I noticed that I was getting xp towards paragon, and she wasn't.
So my question is, do you need to have a Gold Membership on xboxlive to get paragon? Can anyone confirm this before I pay for a second xbox live account?
I get good streaks sometimes, where I'll find a couple items worth 10-80mil, and then a bunch of ones 1-5mil, and that usually lasts about a week. I've been on a dryspell as of late though, a few legendaries a day, but no drops of any value. After building a set for my wiz, I'm back to broke.
I didn't bother to read all the responses in this thread as I saw a trend after the first half of the page.
Why is everyone always expecting HUGE game changing patches every time? The game is not bad by any means. Everyone that has posted here I'm sure has 400+ hours of play time on at least 1 character, meaning you more than got your monies worth for the $60 (or possibly $10, or free for WoW sub) that you paid for the game. Anyone that played any blizz game from release should know not to complain this much. D2 was not nearly this good at release, or even for months after release. It wasn't until LoD was released that D2 got to be as good as everyone remembers. The fact that Blizz has put as much time and effort into this game without asking for anything other than the original purchase is pretty exceptional.
If you want a huge change the next time you play, STOP PLAYING and come back after a few patches. Simple right? Stop your bitching, play a different game if you're that let down by the patch, and surely you'll be back when you see there's something that piques your interest in a future patch.

I've changed out some pieces, although probably should have waited out for some more quality than what I did,
Got my hp over 40k and was doing mp6 keys runs solo last night.
Kept all my old stuff in case I ever want to try going back for low mp farming.

Wondering if I should upgrade my IK set, as all the peices are pretty low, or if I should drop the set bonus in favor of larger dps numbers (trifecta gloves, ice climbers, mempho)
I assume that most of the people that are extremely well geared are people that have played consistently and put in 600+ hours since launch. I've heard that it was super easy to make a lot of gold at the start because no one really had a sense of what items were worth on the AH.
That being said, I've been up and down myself. My gear is decent, nothing amazing, but not "bad". I've had some luck with drops, a few legendaries and rares selling for a few million, with a few breaking into the 25-50mil range. I usually sit around 1mil, as I have a hard time keeping my gold once I get it.
My advice is, "keep on keepin' on." You're bound to find that one item that will net you a decent sum, which you can then spend on a few pieces of gear to get you to the point you can farm faster at higher acts, and that cycle will continue.
But really, who's in such a rush? I'm not. If it takes me longer to be godlike and have hundreds of millions banked then that just means I'm getting more of my moneys worth out of this game, and when I do find a good upgrade or something of good value that it's just that much more exciting and something more to look forward to.
It could just be that with iLvl 61/62s being viable weapons that there are more socketed weapons on the AH. Do a search for +crit dmg and has sockets and see what comes up. Last time I did you could get a somewhat decent dps (~1k) 1 hander with decent base crit dmg plus a socket for fairly cheap.
Does anyone know why that Kripparian friend was banned (could be related to this, I heard he was exploiting something, could have nothing to do with it though)?
He was banned from GW2 for "advertising an exploit", not D3.
