Nerfing Reflect Damage is pointless.. If it does any less damage, they might just remove it completely, as it have been a joke since day 1..

If anything, RD should be buffed, or changed to ignore resist value..

Patch was for Star Craft2, not Diablo 3.. It clearly says in text.. Also, D3 isn't quite ready for v1.5 ;-)
