So, I tried something a little different with run with the wind:

Instead of going with ricochet, I went with mighty throw, and because I did that, I could go with the rune that gives 30% damage as opposed to the regular 15% instead of additional rage generation, since the changes to the chance for no escape generating fury on single targets didn't seem to get worsened for mighty throw, just for ricochet. (I believe someone mentioned this already).

With the increased mobility and, to some extent, multiple target dps offered by run like the wind, combined with the much harder-hitting combination of mighty-throw and the 30% damage rune on the battle cry, this build works even better, I think. (I've found it actually helps mow down champions and elites much more easily than before and dealing with large numbers of weaker enemies is a little more annoying, but very much doable). Because I'm not having fury generation problems on single targets from ricochet, I can continue to use Impunity with War Cry, which makes me even better able to take a few hits.

So, for those like me who are hesitant to give up Impunity in favour of Charge! I encourage you to give Mighty Throw when combined with Run Like the Wind another try.

As for your gear, you could easily find a new Chest / Pants. At least cheaper than upgrading other pieces. You could just aim for higher stats and no res on chest for example, since light res is pretty useless anyway.

You could also upgrade your scoundrels bow if you like using him, I'm sure you can find higher DPS with similar stats (chance to fear is probably the best one you have there).

Your build is fine, but you should try sprint out if you haven't, see if you like it.

Ah, the lit resistance was just a coincidence on those originally, though I did take your advice and switch them both out for better pieces. I've got 2k higher dps and 30 better all res now, so not bad.

I also tried sprint out for a bit (though not enough to really make a solid judgement yet). So far I like the huge increase in mobility, but I'm more fragile, having to use Charge! instead of Impunity, since my resistances aren't the best. I'll experiment around with it a little more.

Thanks again for the build, I very much appreciate having a second option for my barb.

This is a great build, definitely more fun than being a tank, for sure, and it gives me the option to do either. Just looking for a little advice on what gear I could improve the most for the lowest cost out of what I have right now. I've been able to get through Inferno in group play pretty easily for the most part, but I'm still having a little trouble soloing. Bosses like Ghom and Raganoth (sp?) are bitches.

    DPS: 52.6k (Without Battle Rage)
    Health: 22k
    Resistances: 244-331 (Without War Cry)
    Armor: 5422 (Without War Cry)

I've still stuck to the Ancient Spear with rage flip/War Cry with impunity build as my resistances are lacking, so I'm very hesitant to switch War Cry to Charge! When I solo I use the soundrel for his chc boost since mine is a bit low, at 52% normally, 55% with him.

    Here's my gear:

I've also noticed that most people don't post about their helper. As mentioned earlier, I use the Scoundrel for his 3% boost to chc, and recently I decided to make him just generally a nuisance, using as much % to ___ items as I could manage to get. There's only one ring that has a % to on it, and you can apparently only equip one of the same legendary ring (didn't realize that) so I went with a vanilla 9% attack speed ring in order to more frequently proc the effects. (Same thing with the bow, went for highest attack speed I could get with still a good effect proc). He gets 1.68 attacks per second, with shooting 3 arrows at a time it actually wreaks a lot of chaos on groups of normal enemies, not to mention that his 51k health lets him take a few hits.
