Items lower than 58 will not drop in inferno anymore.
Affixes roll on monster killed means that if you kill a lvl63 monster you also get ilvl63 stats even to 61ilvl model equip. (people in PTR have sayd that 1.05 necks with ilvl63 stats can roll upto 100% crit damage^^)
If you choose MP1 as difficulty, it doesnt matter what act you do. All acts roll same stuff.
So does this mean the drop rate for ilvl 63 will be the same for all three acts (16.3%) but the affixes will be best in act 3?
Because I know that act 1 only has lvl 61 monsters and act 2 has lvl 62 monsters. So Act 3 has lvl 63 monsters which will roll the best lvl 63 affixes?
but when i activate improved archon and fire disintegration beam with 375% damage i'm doing 3.75*59.4 = 222.75k dps?
i'm asking because i'm deciding whether to go lifesteal or loh to offset reflect damage mobs
ik lifesteal is divided by 5 in inferno but i'm just wondering if i'll get enough while in archon
also does archon beam use the loh/cm table to determine lifesteal %? if so archon beam only gives 25% lifesteal =/ based on the loh table from battlenet forums
edit: ok after researching, i'm not going lifesteal, i'm going either life on hit or life regen
-i have a weapon without life on hit, it has crit damage gem
-i'm planning on getting life on hit 200 for each ring and 300 for amy
-what i want to know now is, is 700 loh*.25 = 175 loh for archon beam with aps 1.33 better than stacking life regen on the rings/amy
-does archon beam have a different attack speed which would increase loh?
-also keep in mind i try to archon beam as many elites as possible, so loh could be 3x more effective than life regen
I have to buy a belt and I'm probably going to spend ~5mil on it.
The biggest problem I have are reflect damage elites.
So given I'm running force armor/prismatic armor and archon, both which pump allres, and I like to do high burst damage with archon, you would think I'd want all res.
But I don't want to get burned again by another blizzard nerf. They said they were looking at nerfing more things. All res and crit are the prime targets.
Also all res is much more expensive, many times more, than going for a high life regen belt.
And if archon runs out before the elites are dead I have to kite, which gives the advantage to life regen.
I feel like all res has a higher risk of being nerfed, is much more expensive, but will probably be more effective for my build.
Also when I was playing with a barb today he healed me by getting the health orbs, which gives another advantage to all res.
But life regen is way cheaper, less effective for burst, and has 0 risk of being nerfed (probably).
So I'm really not sure what to get, please give suggestions.

ah ok thx

This website has an article that says,
"at MP1 all monsters are now equal in difficulty throughout all 4 acts (this means the same ilvl drop chance)
but on the official diablo 3 ptr patch 1.0.5 notes it says,
"Affixes on items will now roll their level based on the level of the monster killed (rather than the item's level)"

i calculated that 600 loh = 3% ls @ 100k dps, so since i'll prolly never do that much loh is better
