I would say about 4-6mill sounds about right, depending on the buyer of course.

I tried this out and had a tough time. My gear is still relatively low. About how much hp/resist/damage do you suggest before this starts to perform?

I've been using Ground Slam for when I need to kite some stuff because my gear is still low. I wish I could use leap instead of it but I can't. Anyone have an idea how to not die when you get surround (unable to move) with Fire Chains and/or Molten and/or Desecrater and/or Plagued and/or Arcane Enchanted? Its such a pain.

As said before, MF works exactly as it did in D2, in that it does not increase the amount of loot you get but increases the quality of loot you get.
