As long as Blizzard continues to be a business, there will be no doubt of a Diablo3.
Besides, they have a trademark for Diablo1, Diablo2, LOD, and another one, filed December 2005, that specifically covers another Diablo title. I.E. not an expansion pack.
Don't believe there is any Diablo3 proof? Why not go do some research first, and then try to come to that conclusion, instead of flamming (which BTW, needs to stop).

U go near em poof, your whole army is in the corners of the map and you are vaunerable to attack.... trust me it fun for the pally or whoever else has the Azure, but no so fun for the necro

well maybe some immunities, hell needs to be hard, but not impossible, it sucks when your the sorc, and the unique guy is cold/fire/lightning/physical immune, magic resist, extra strong/fast, stone skin, mana steal.

ya... try to lvl after 93... 150-200 baal runs, then poof u lagg and die, then get booted... if u die and get ur body u loose 5 runs, if u dont its 25 runs
hey Darkjay i think i have something u want. Standard of heroes. it nullifies the experience loss, Ill Give u one Non ladder. take it. Die, Calculate Exp loss, or lack there of. Then ill get more, and we see if it Stacks? you up for it? the possibility of eliminateing Exp loss?
