    The RNG and be a little infuriating,, it would be nice if they put in some basic limitation in to the item creation system.

    Something like 1 Primary State (DEX/STR/INT), 1 Secondary Stat (VIT) for Rare+ Quality items... For Common/Magic Items it can remain as is.
