i never used RMAH, had shit luck for drops up until a few weeks ago, and downed inferno Diablo on my barb almost two weeks before 1.0.3. (when it was hard to do it on a barb)

you're doing something wrong.

i don't believe it takes a lot of skill, but it does take some.

IMO, taking 5 games...

Starcraft > Battlefield 3 > Diablo 3 > WoW > Sims

In order of skill required. Diablo 3 is in the middle of the road.

the idea is the items are legendary. there is one item in the entire diablo universe, and it has a a history behind it. wouldn't make much sense for your character to be able to equip 2 would it.

obviously other characters in the game can equip it, but that's inevitable.

how does it make any sense to be able to equip 2 of the same ring

i personally am loving the hell out of Diablo 3 again... addicted to gearing my barb more and more.. he looks so badass now. need to finish my archon MF/progression set.. MUST, FINISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well lucked out this morning and found a decent blackthornes jacket, sold it for 4 mill right away...

havent looked at the AH in a while though, I see 4 mill now, is what 500k was 1 week ago.

need 10-15 mill for any reasonable upgrade now.

i clear act 3 easy enough, 20-25 min cydaea + azmodan 5 stack runs.. so I'm just gonna say F gearing anymore, it's brutal, the RMAH just made the gold grind 1000x worse.

any decent item i get anymore is going on the RMAH. game just became a little cash on the side instead of a fun time killer for me now. luckily i can play at work, so i can make a lil money while I make money.

anyone else have TERRIBLE loot luck? or at least lately?

i've done 62 Azmodan + Cydaea 5 stack runs. They take me about 20-25 minutes.

In those 62 runs, I have found 3 items that I could sell on the AH, one decent pair of pants, that i sold for 875k, 1 pair of boots I sold for 425k, and one pair of shoulders I sold for 115k.

And I know loot quite well, I know I'm not selling shit that could sell. I made my money at first buy buying low and selling high on AH, that's where about half my income from buying my current gear came from.

I swap out to 250% MF before I down both bosses.

I'm honestly about to quit because I just don't understand the point... If there's no loot, and no way to make money, WTF is the point?

Somebody hold me. ONE good drop would inspire me... but fuck, what will it take?

Any hints? What the hell am I doing wrong?
