Works fine for me. I love wallers! I take complete advantage of the walls to prevent pretty much any and all incoming attacks. It's like they're voluntarily putting up something for you to kite them around and get them stuck on. Waller is WIN. Love it Just my two cents.
For those annoying bees switch your magic missile rune to seeker. While ur kiting drop a hydra on top or near one, then kite and spam magic missile in the mobs general direction. The rune will do the rest of the work
If you were to run my build but you wanted more slow. Just change hydra to arcane and glass cannon to temporal flux. Kiting would be LOL with that build. You could kite all day long!
Yeah, Act 2 will not allow you to just sit and nuke. So you having 2 channeled spells is going to get you killed 99% of the time. Replace Disintegrate with Venom Hydra, and Archon with Blizzard. This will allow you to kite and survive much much longer. Electrocute is also very week. From personal testing I've opted for shock pulse/piercing orb or magic missell/seeker depending on what I'm doing. Higher damage output. The build may take a while to get used too but it has proven effective to many wizards including myself. It definitely carried me through Act 2 and 3 with limited gear. Good Luck!
After several incredibly frustrating attempts going through the Arreat Core, I found that the easiest way to deal with them is drop diamond skin pick up Mirror Image/Duplicates/Illusionist. When you see them comming for you pop your images so they do their teleport insta-gib to an image instead of you. If somethig hits you it'll reset your images again. Spam images and kite around them and your hydra. Hope they don't pick you when they phase.
