Thank you very much for all the helpful info and advice. I guess I am just too defensive for standard Wizard gameplay. I will take from what you've said and see what works out best for me. I appreciate it.
* I admit, I feel a little close to giving up, I basically ran away like a little girl through the first half of Act II Inferno, and stopped when I killed Maghda. I'm guessing I could probably pull off the "live and let live" game until either Zoltun Kulle or maybe Belial, but I can't foresee myself actually beating Belial.
Looking for some advice from anyone that is pushing through Inferno on their Wizard. This is the build that I've been using, maybe I'm doing something wrong here or should consider switching it up?
... and I don't see anything on the stat details about my total attack speed %, but I'm assuming I can just add the gear totals up myself, which was +58% Attack Speed, total. My boots have +12% Movement Speed, I can't think of any other modifiers worth noting.
* Suffice it to say, I can't reasonably survive anything in Act II Inferno so far unless it's only a few mobs and or I'm surviving somehow while in Archon form (additional +40% Armor / Resistances). I don't kite, to be fair, I haven't had to for the most part, but I don't know if this is supposed to be the expected norm nowadays, or if kiting is the only way to beat Inferno.
[1] Are my skills spot on for what works, or am I completely missing out on a huge DPS / survivability chunk somewhere?
[2] What stats / gear should I be hunting for? Everything is so expensive, and I'm no good for farming -- plus, nothing from the end of Act I Inferno seems to be helping, either -- not finding any "upgrades," but maybe I've got it wrong...
[2b] How much Int should I have, or Vit / Health, or even Attack Speed %? Do I have too much of something, not enough of something else, etc.?
[3] Anything else I might want to consider working on or looking into, just in general?

As for stats, I currently have the following while properly buffed up:

* Vitality -- 865
* Armor (with Enchantress / Energy Armor) -- 6390 = 68.05%
* Resistances (Average) -- 727
