As an owner of all 3 full set bonuses i am currently running with Leapquake FROST build.

That provides me mass spammable control as well as decent DPS.

Made it up to 69% cold damage and 69% bonus elite dmg.
Rly like this build so far.

I am running non standart variation of Leapquake build: Frost leap build.

Using Hota/EQ with frost runes. Also using Avalance - frost. Since its a fury dump build, so Avalanche CD way faster.

Also have CD reduction items with Paragon points in it up to 30%. This way i dont have gaps between Leaps and Hotas.

Have bad luck getting +fire DMG items, so i decided to try frost. Why not.

I know the damage part but you get so much control instead. This build is good for grps or if you are basically tired of fire dominance.

I rolled this build with 2h IK weapon to meet reqs, but switched to dual wield EQ set only, using +44% elite dmg and some +% fire dmg items.

Seems way more dmg for me.
Also two more cents. I recommend to invest into CDR, as EQ is a lot of dmg and you can safely add up to 30% cdr. So you can leap more often and generate more fury.

I am wearing both. But dont have much + fire dmg items and have to wear Immortal kings 2h which is good for earhquake dmg but bad for pets and for paper dps.

Actually there are builds based off rage spenders, like the one i am using right now. There are some build, like sword and board, where u dont use rage, just spam revenge all day long, but .. )

Another 2 cents. I bought 700 dps 700 LOH 1h with a socket for 100k recently. And rised my LOH to 1110 with dualwielding, this dropped my paper DPS by around 10k to 32 something unbuffed. But gave me a way to survive.
With LOH in this build it became smoother and doable, so i think LOH here is a must. Especially with Duals, since u hit faster, get more HP back kiting and so on.

Invul. packs. Lots of RDD packs on spiral level on the road to spider boss and azmodan. Melee packs look pritty easy, especially if they do molten and arcane, frost stuff. Like you are becoming molten lord by your own. But if its kiting heavy hitting pack, like self buffing shamans (goat peaple). Or something trapping you with wall in narrow room, you pritty much skrewed. I blame lack of self heal, my tanky build had. In some cases i tear packs apart, in others, its a repair bill fest, when you die fast, getting cought into CC or mob crowd. So its rather intresting, if i throw a bit of LOH into it, like one 400 loh stone into Offhand and try it with dualwield. I see you have lots of LOH from your old wirlwind build, i am missing that much, just rerolled, build up some crit, so crit and dps part is good, now its all survival against hard shoot-kite packs, who wont chase you around with your tornado )

Build is really intresting.
I did few tries in act 3 as 47k hp, 49k dps 48% crit self buffed Around 600 AR. I am using 2h with socket (70% crit dmg)
And run with 8.2% lifesteal: belt, weapon and passive instead of inspiring presence.
While this build is fun, and lots of packs just die chasing you, others give you hard time, which result into huge repair bill.
So here is a question. Where do i get reliable self heal, obviously 8.2% lifesteal not keeping me up on hard packs. Should i try dual wield with sockets and LOH stones? Or push towards ALL resistance/hp. Good once hander with socket is a bit pricy, as well as Belt with LS or Helm with socket, crit and all resists.

Will dualwielding with 2 crit gems overDPS 2h with 1 crit gem, but higher Top end dmg?

Well, this build looks like fun, but i die a lot with it. Even some leets die superfast. Others just oneshot you down still.

You are in 1.0.3 in us region, i presume? Cant wait for patch here and glad i killed diablo yesterday, makes me feel good
