Gear really doesn't matter as much so long as you can clear Act3 Inferno. I tend to farm this place daily and just looking to do so with other players.

Timezone: I am PDT (west coast) and have the normal 9-5 working hours during the week, but am farming on the weekends and in the evenings.

About 20sec solo on Inferno with that crappy burst zombie bears spec. I did get lucky though in that he targetted my gargantuan for the first poison and then part of my legion for the second poison shake, so I was able to stand there free casting.
Had my luck changed probably would have taken about 30 seconds to finish him off.
I do run with 75k damage and 26k hp with very little armor/resist.
You're way to overgear dude.
Imo the way to fight him is to get some tanky gear. You gotta tank most of his hits in order to prevent him to move really fast and slowdown the gas cloud. He hits like a girl and you can use some aoe ability to kill his adds and grab globes. I think around 30k dps, 700 all resistances and 30k hp is enough.
Umm, Diablo has been dead before the nerf patch on my WD. Now I just farm full Act 3 runs and just do Cydaea/Azmo runs when I have only a little bit of time. And still using splinters...awwwww yeah.

Damage range is nice, don't get me wrong there..but I recently swapped out a 67-360 int/vit asp, for one that was like 70-260 just because it had 8.5 crit hit chance on it. Significant upgrade.
Regen is fantastic as well but never a game breaker, usually it is just a QoL thing and I can't ever see it increasing the value of a weapon or an off-hand significantly.
Regen and the damage range is good, I would expect around 1mil since it is missing crit hit damage, or spell damage modifier. Basically the thorns stat is useless and wasted seeing as we get 1shot anyways.
