It's funny if I went to the barb forums, they would say the most efficient class is an archon wizard.

I see this as "keep your eyes off my class and look at him" game.

last week when I checked emeralds were about even with either buying gold or buying the emerald and then selling it for gold.

a lot of people are doing it to be ready for competition.

actually resist all and armor do the same thing. scaling is the same for both.

I would keep both of them stacked up. mp10 mobs hit damn hard. the big slow attacking mobs can still one hit me through 7000ish armor, 700-800 resist all, and almost 50k HP.

Thanks for all the info, from everyone. Made the wizard on August 30th, got to lvl 60 on Sept 2nd. Was fun leveling every 10 minutes while I was playing. Didn't even play that much really.

Archon spec is really more broken than WW barb is. I thought WW barb was the ultimate cheese play.. which is why my barb is WW barb because it made everything easier. But Archon is a step beyond that. Once I get real gear, I can see myself going beyond what my barb can do.

You're right I do freeze a lot but with 50% crit buffed and the lighting guys doing multiple hits really fast, most of the time I can perma freeze as long as I'm attacking more than one mob. Attacking one mob it's more like freeze, they are out of freeze for maybe a second, then I can freeze again.

2) 2 cts piece of advise : get rid of Glass Cannon. Replace with Cold Blooded, buy any QUICK BOW (or XBow) that does have Cold Damage (best is the usual Buriza) and give it to your scoundrel (bow DPS does NOT MATTER AT ALL : a 10 DPS bow is perfectly enough as long as it has cold damage and is quick to shoot). Don't spec his first talent (to guarantee he will only multi shot all the time) and you get not 15% damage bonus, but 20% (not even mentioning you do NOT have the reduced defenses coming with Glass Cannon) => Win (5% moaaar DPS) -Win (10% moaaar All Resist)

I mainly play in multiplayer for the added XP bonus so I won't have the scoundrel out. You still think cold blooded is better without the scoundrel?

Just got my wizard to 60 yesterday. I decided to go with an archon build.. or so I thought.

Was playing with a group yesterday and a DH was asking about how I was able to kill stuff so fast in archon form. Another guy said I was using an archon build. Well they talked back and forth for a bit while I was busy killing everything on the screen for them and my archon ran out.. so I started to perma freeze groups while hitting with my shock pulse lightning guys until Archon was back up. The second guy said what I was playing was another build .. different from Archon.

I thought the Archon spec and the perma freeze spec were both the same but I guess they are not?

And before you say it... I just hit 60 yesterday and literally spent 8 million gold for everything listed there. I wanted 60+ gear in every slot so I went cheap. I'll worry about getting real gear later. Barb on my account is my main and has the good stuff.

I thought they forced identified all unid's awhile ago during one of the patches. Just to clear up all the people saving them.

Thought I read that in the patch notes at one time.

There are days I find zero legendaries. Then there's days four will drop within 10 minutes apart (like last night).

What's the issue again?

Always thought it was an auction from someone who was banned when the auction was going. So the auction was canceled but it still shows up until the timer goes down.

I can never sell spears on the AH. Barbs just don't want them it seems.

If you absolutely need to use spears for the slow speed you might as well just go with Skorn and save yourself some money.

I really do like this website.

But I see it just like how Zillow estimates a value of a house. It's in the ballpark but it's nowhere near exact.

Keep up the good work. I can only see this get better with more time changing values around.

authenticator is free for smart phones. 99% of people have a smart phone.. another made up statistic.

WW barb with lots of lifesteal can farm any level. Without the DPS you'll be there forever, but you won't die with average defenses (500 all res, 50k hp, 6000 armor).

Farm MP7-MP8. You'll kill faster and get more drops in the long run. To be efficient in MP10, you need massive amounts of DPS to be able to kill elite packs in 20 seconds or less.

Says I should be running MP6 but for solo play I normally run MP8-10 depending on my mood and have zero issues.

For public games I run MP9 and normally I'm the person moving the group along with the most DPS.
