get high crit chance on amulet, ring, bracer, helm
gloves, get high dex, high crit chance, and at least one of (crit dmg or attack speed), vit, resist, optional
pick one resist and stack, need socket on the helm as well, try to get as much crit from both weapons (innate crit + socket), and get some life on hit as well, or life steal in case u gonna spend more to upgrade dps later
i'm also gonna have to say, the 2.2% life steal is pretty weak, especially under 70K dps. Get some more LOH for more sustainability. Life regen never hurt either, you could stand to get more of that. Your barb has over 1K life regen, which helps a lot. Try to get around 750 regen and at least that much LOH. if you can afford LOH and life regen on a weapon, do it.
I've yet to add LS, but I'm still working on gaining DPS. From what I understand, LS is most effective once you climb over 60-70k DPS.
I use 800+ LoH and just shy of 1k Life Regen (Thank you Blackthorne's). Life Regen is a funny thing. It behaves like a bonus to your LoH during combat, as it is continually pumping life back into your bulb. I see ticks of 1200-2000+ every half second while fighting.
Blackthorne's 4 set piece bonus (with boots) can offer up to a whopping 14% damage reduction against all Elite damage (ALL~ this includes ground affixs etc).
if you do the math on the best lifesteal 1-hander (3%) lifesteal for a 70K dps character, you get this: 3% is actually nerfed in inferno to 0.5% (20% of what you see). take 70000 x 0.005 and you get 350. So, if you were actually hitting for 70K each hit, you'd get 350 LOH effectively. Double that if you have 6% life steal for a total of 700 LOH effectively. So, if you only have one weapon lifesteal isnt very efficient.
Edit: its actually not 1.0% for 6%, it would be nerfed to 1.2%. so you would have 840 LOH effectively from 6% life steal
somewhat agrees. however, if you have BoH 15% dps buff and mantra of conviction make the mobs take 24% more damage, you end up doing more dps and leech more life, refer to reply#2 that i've posted
MH is WKL, it has 2 rolls only unfortunately, 1st roll is 2.7 ls, second roll is 100% chd,
having a socket on this weapon means that it will miss either one of the above mentioned, reason i use this is for the 19% more damage on FoT and SW:cyclone.
right now, if i use my crit dmg hellfire ring, and a non-mf belt, i m sitting at 68k unbuff, though the 19% extra dmg is not displayed on profile
however, sometimes I see ppl's profile with worse gears than me, but still does about the same damage or more, that makes me wonder what did I miss, I guess i am gonna shoot for a ring that has + dmg, dex, vit, fr, 6% crit to boost more crit, and eventually get a hellfire ring with 6% crit

so i just bought myself a WKL, 861 dps, 100 crit, 2.7 ls, for 70m, feeling that i paid a bit too much for it, or it was a double snipe, and market price probably hasn't stabilize yet

get WKL is way to go, try to search for life steal and crit damage without socket, will save u a bit of gold

as for WKL mainhand, i kinda need the lifesteal on both weapon for a total of 5.4% in order to sustain, as i only have 400 loh right now
i m thinking of upgrading the other ring, to 6% double crit, avg dmg, and also maybe get a boot with around 230 dex

pump ur dps to around 70k, use 5%+ life steal to get a lot of sustain
to achieve 70k, try get as much crit chance and crit dmg as possible

gloves need to go, u want some with high dex, + 8%+ crit chance, + either one of (attack speed or crit dmg)
with lower dps, its not efficient to farm mp3+, farming mp1 is the most efficient to get legendary drops, since stuffs die fast

upgrading ring is a viable option, might want to try to get a 6% crit ring
i've been trying to get a 950+ dps black dmg weapon, with 2.6 + life steal and crit dmg, but those sells for too expensive
i just upgraded my shoulder last night, 172 dex, double resist, vit, life % and 15mf, not shown yet
