I personally dropped about 200 resists and maybe 150 vitality to pick up ias gloves and rings (one of the rings is magic quality dex ias) to get me up to 540 LoH at 2.46 aps, and saw my survivability increase dramatically (in act III atm). I would say that most monks are aiming for ~600 LoH with >2.0 aps.
You can find specific resist + ias + dex / vit rings for ok prices on the ah every now and then if you are lucky. Look for ias gloves first as they are no where near as expensive.
I would also not recommend using that likely 2h weapon that you have acquired, anything that slow sounds like death for a monk.
All things aside from your gear being magic quality, your stats are actually at where they should be to clear act II (maybe a little more attack speed and some more life on hit), I know mine where just about where yours is at the moment. One quick fix would be to change your mantra to Healing - Time of Need, with your resist all and armor so far from optimal ratios (1 resist per 10 armor) that mantra will give you much more effective health.
