I am looking forward to this season. Was slightly sad that my none-season chars could not benefit from LoN. With the new gem, this will make it more fun.
The season theme is not really interesting to me. I dislike builds where I have to move to a specific place. I like builds that makes me move all over the place.
Always great with new legendaries. And also more transmog.

So this season headric gift is dashing strike monk, and I seems really hard to play on the switch.
Can anyone recommend a Dashing strike Monk build for switch?
Thanks in advance.

Not really referring to max level kinda referring to the level up process.

So personally I suck at monk. haven't really played it at all but I saw a build I want to play around with next season.
So can anyone give me hints to level really fast as monk when next season comes out so I can get to that sweet loot as soon as possible?
Route's builds etc everything helps.

Considering one of my goals for season 4 is to get every single item kanai cubed. The need for stash space is much smaller.
Well its going to be a bitch until I go through them at least but I agree 2 sets of stash each 5 spaces big 1 for personal and 1 for share. per char

True striding giant will make it easier to survive but you loose 50% dmg on it.
Personally I have problems getting further since I simply don't have the damage output.

you can switch away but it is insanely hard
If you want to use together as one you need to switch some talents around.
Get swords to the ploughshares(will get nerfed in 2.3) with enough crit you are simply swimming in health globes. together with reapers = max fury
switch berserker out with unforgiving or animosity unforgiving give you 2 fury per sec instead of -1 per sec and animosity gives 10% more fury when picking up health globes.
So to put it into perspective.
ancient with together + swords to ploughshares + reapers + unforgiven = unity effect and ancients fury effect without having them.
Just no that it can be hard to keep fury up if there is no mobs. so you need to use ww every 4sec when not in combat to keep taeguk up instead of spamming it.
Also if you play on eu you can add me saphyron#2533 and ill gladly play around I de 99% of all legendary's whenever I play. and on average 5 unity's per week.
Though I must admit been busy lately on ptr to test out kanai's
Lets just say 5/3 works really well on the ptr

Thats just my personal build you can go with the 5-set 3-set ik build. but unity is really needed here.
Also together as one is really helpful as well but it can generate a shit ton of fury problems if going 5/3.
And to those who say rend is bad for dps clearly don't understand 5/3 waste ik build. you apply rend for 2 reasons.
first to apply a 15 sec bleed to mobs that is not close all the time. basicly pain enhancer gives you AS which increases your overall dmg. but 3sec is not long and mobs often go out of range. which means the rend which applies a 15sec bleed is really helpful here.
The second reason is you need to use rend 8-10 times per WoTB to have a permanent uptime.
50% dmg plus all the other stuff 24/7 is worth using rend over.

at greater rift 40 you should have a 100% chance to succeed a rank 30 gem
As long you have 25 of each you should be able to it well.
Go for 2 x unity setup as well it helps immensely.
this is my waste barb slightly different than yours. only thing that's a pain for me is jailer. and i can do g-rift 45 with few seconds to spare even though I have really shitty weapons.

Just noticed I had focus restraint on. I normally use it for speed farming t6. Replace belt and boots with ik and get unity rorq that's how i normally go when i get to 45
This is the build I use:

as previous mentioned you have a theory that sadly don't hold up.
I've opened about 100 act 1 cache's and yet to see it

Tried the rollback did not work. did not expect it to anyway.
In response to the hours spent. most of it was spent in the 2-3 month after release of vanilla d3.
in ros i think i spent around 200-300 hours.
My barb is not my main in ros like it was in d3 vanilla which explains is crappy gear. if you look on the link I supplied, all of my chars has ok gear. not great but ok. i mainly play wiz this expansion but i do play a little on the rest.

But like I said this was the metaphor the other guy used which brought me to decided to take a break.
In 2.1 im gonna go ladder play properly delete my low lvl hc's and then focus on 1 char each ladder.
At least i have more time to game wow wot and eve online now XD
