I have 92k with ss and i still get trolled, this 1 hit dead larky is so frustrating - i tried to get some resist gear so i could stay alive and then i didnt have the dps, to get 92k ive lost some resist gear and my health is now at 20k or so - which is shocking i know
So frustrating to try and farm when i cant seem to get any loot or items
Even some packs on act 2 still troll me

The ah is brilliant imo but its to clunky, ive found a few channels on twitch.tv with live auctions which is blooming brilliant - as time and technologies adapt so will how people use these to enhance their gaming experience.
General chat will be getting patched so if you leave the channel then you stay out of the channel (thank god), but there is a cap of 100 people in the chat at any one time, the other day i was with a friend and he mentioned someone in trade selling a 1k+ dps bow - i didnt see this as we was in diff channels, he /w the guy for me and within 5minutes i had a new bow for 900k - amazing !

The story is some what linear but its just like d2, farm farm farm regardless but all the people on my friends are people ive joined/public quested with, yes the quest being run isnt very personalized like the old battle.net but as time go's on, games adapt and change for ease of use and automation without the use of using clients to host/run games.
Its still very early, and alot of people need to get the idea of "this is a d2 expansion", this is nothing to do with d2 - its all new, it will take time for them to work the kinks out and adapt to the user base and what the users want.
Just look at starcraft, that was brilliant and is awesome now once they patched it a few times.
I imagine when Titan is released we will see the same situation with that game and its launch.
Never hold your expectations high on a new release game when the version before was so amazing.
in 3 weeks we've had 3 patches to fix a few things, and we have a semi big patch coming in the works which should make it slightly better - especially the ah and the limitations in effect now as a blue said "testing the capabilties of the ah"

You've just answered your question in what to get, more dex - Farm for the gear or buy from ah thats your only options, there isn't much advice to give.Get IAS gear where you can with crit hit damage also, and movement speed boots then just stack dex with any resistance you can get to help not get 1shot;Atm i need alot more dex but i have prob 500 or so resistances now with 1.92as - not brill but its 82k with ss up - i struggle with some rare packs in act 2 still though and act 3 But again, i just need more DPS and to drop some more res
Quit acting like bitches. God damn. Game is fine, it's plenty of fun, for new players and older players which is 100% what the goal was. They shouldn't give any refunds. Especially with over 60 hours logged. You'd be lucky to get that many hours from any game.
Far too many whiny gamers who also happen to be very vocal about it.
A group of people wanted diablo 2: LOD remade, didn't get it and are now crying about it. And making sure everyone else knows just much this game doesnt live up to D2 you guys! A game that had years and years and patches and oh hey an expansion.
D3 is a different team, a different direction. They want to build something NEW. Doing the same thing over and over would make your overall skill deteriorate. I love the game and have been playing non stop since release, with several friends. I've quit other games to play this more. The team accomplished what they wanted, and I'm sure they're pleased with the results. If you don't like the game just stop playing it, don't post on forums related to it. Just go away, far away. Like most normal people who don't like things do.

Theyre taking a new direction with the rmah also, you have to realise that this needs to be 100% perfect and secure.
Same with it being online, its online for a reason - to stop hacks and dupes.
