Can you give me a ballpark figure on what 1 crit chance would equates to dextrity?

I understand that it would depend on what is the crit damage amount but lets say that its just the basic 50% crit damatge, 1 crit chance equals xxx dexterity in terms of DPS increase?

1 crit chance = xxx Dexterity?

I've been reading extensively about monk gearing both from softcore and hardcore (had to read softcore too as there isnt that much post for hardcore).

Anyway, i have questions and need help on the ff:

1) They say that it is imperative to get Dex/Vit/Resist in every gear then if possible add more stats like AS and crit. (Does this mean to NOT use any of the legendary gear like string of ears, justice lantern since they do not meet the dex/vit/resist rule?)

I have a 19% melee reduction string of ears and plan to buy a justice lantern to increase my block from 28% to 39% (sacred shield). Should I scrap this plan and just go back to basics (dex/vit/resist)?

2) When looking for a shield, do I look at the armor then block% first then the stats? Or should I look at the stats first then armor then block % ? I now have a sacred shield with 1120armor 28% block but average stats (38dex, 39vit, 4% melee reduction).

Is it better to get a shield with 1100 armor 18% block but 80dex 80vit 50+resist etc?

3) People always say that Boots should "Alwyas have Movement Speed". This tore me apart since I was looking at a pair of boots with 266dex / 59vit / 115 total resist / 539 armor but NO MOVEMENT SPEED. Is Movement speed really a must? or are the boots that I saw good enough to not mind movement speed?

where do i see the IAS% ? It would be nice if there is a help file or something.

Is this the attck per second? (ex. 1.83%) so i enter 1.83? or do i enter 83% ?

dang isnt 43/44 a bit low? im thinking of making it lev50 before i go to belial. Or will the EXP return be so small by then?

but what are the levels of the creature in the area? do you have a list of levels per act?

I am a lev35 Monk in Act1 NM and I would like to know if anyone knows the experience level table or the diminishing returns of experience gained when leveling in a certain act in Norm/NM/Hell.

In short, as I want to be on the very safe side, can i level my monk to 60 in Act1 NM ? Or will all Exp gained eventually decrease to 0 when I reach a certain level?

If you dont know the actual level/diminishin returns of exp gained, can you suggest what level should be a "safe" bet in order to proceed to the next act.

Sample: (sample only!!! values are not correct)

Normal/Act1 = Lev1 to Lev10
Normal/Act2 = Lev11 to Lev20
Normal/Act3 = Lev21 to Lev30

Another question though, does it matter if i farm act 1/2/3/4 alone (with 200MF gear plus 5 stacks) or would the drops be better if i farm them with 3 other guys (group of 4), all with MF gear of say 200? (having the same average of 200MF plus the 5stacks)

Its just i farm all day long and get lousy drops while when i ask people who got 1000+dps weapons how they got it, they always say that they were in a group of either 3 or 4 with all MF gears worn.

Is the drop rate better in a group setting or it doesnt matter?
