On a more constructive note get better gems choose AR if you need more defense else strength. Some more fire damage can't hurt cindercoat, magefists, sankis axe, amulet. Get healthglobe bonus on your shoulders. I would get rid of whirlwind and rend instead get furious charge battering ram(stamina if you lack fury) and warcry impunity, by changing your battle rage rune to bloodshed you should have enough aoe.
Sankis procs ignore pain 50% damage reduction for 4 secs, doesn't proc all the time but if you get hit by several mobs it usually procs and it's great. Grats on the SoJ nice one. Still not sure which rings I want so many choices the act1 bounty bag ring for a faster raekor's bonus, hellfire ring, SoJ and I just got a bulkathos wedding band with 28k healthglobe damage and the lifedrain is like 4.4k hps also nice.
I'm using something similar strongarm bracers work with furious charge for a free 24% boost. I found dualwield with thunderfury/sankis axe better then maximus, more fury regen and healing from bloodthirst that way and the ignore pain proc is nice as well. 2H is fun for big crits and the fire chain is quite crazy. I'm comfortably doing T4 atm just need 3 more Raekor's pieces for complete insanity
You have no healing at all, get bloodthirst and healthglobe bonus on your shoulders. I'm not a fan of whirlwind it's just not enough weapondamage compared to hota, seismic slam or rend. Elemental damage is really strong seems you're using a lightning build so get some lightning bonusses. I'm using a fire hota build atm with furious charge works really well.
Fire barb works like a charm. Hammer of the ancients, groundstomp, overpower, earthquake, furious charge, frenzy, bash all have a fire rune. Cindercoat 30% reduction on fire skills is really powerful as fury is fairly limited. Main ability in the spec is Hota which crits for millions (10,5M highest for me so far) besides a fury generator the other abilities don't matter that much. Battle rage bloodshed is better then earthquake and using overpower myself atm but can easily switch that for groundstomp or something else.
I'm happily smashing mobs in t4 with Hota, my barb feels a bit more gear dependent but elites and bosses die pretty fast now that i got the new SoJ and some more +fire damage 73% total now. Barb definitely not the worst class
33k hp is quite low craft some bracers/shoulders they come with 200-300 strength/vita now. Change your spec to either hota, seismic slam or rend/furious charge. Shouldn't be too hard to find a mainhand upgrade most legendaries have 1100-1300 dps now just have to get a socket. Either reset quests and replay all acts for the guaranteed legendary from diablo or farm a specific spot for xp/legendaries.
I wonder why the ptr patchnotes only hurt monk passives while barbarian passives like nerves of steel, though as nails or superstition remain untouched in addition to threatening shout/ignore pain!?

Edit: The enchantress buff goes from 15%>5% so that's kinda sucky but that goes for all classes.
I'm sticking with my 2H but will switch the few pieces I have without all ress for something more defensive. Getting better gear might actually be worth it again.
I found it more efficient to farm act1 until I got gear worth around 2-3 mil in each slot so total of like 24 mil at least but that is with a 2H build some other specs might be cheaper/more efficient.
I would plug it into a spreadsheet to see the damage gain, skorn would give 12-82% more critdamage and the higher weapondamage should make up for the 15% attackspeed loss. Biggest gain would be revenge/rend hitting harder with a slow 2H. Personally I would take cleave(175% damage rune) over frenzy, much more aoe damage and only slightly less (10%) single target damage.
Elemental damage seems to max out at 725 damage tops and min/max damage at 435. Anyone seen weapons with 900 elemental damage or 500 max damage? Rest of the stats are in game as far as I can tell.
Wicked 2H buffs +400-900 fire/lightning/arcane damage or 1900 LoH or max 595 strength if you combine a strength with a dual affix Oo gonna result in some sick weapons.
