There are a number of factors that may be going on.
1) Those crazy high listings may not be selling either.
2) You may not be evaluating what the items desirable enough to profit from are.
3) You may be evaluating just fine, but the selling points tend to polarize: (NOTE: this is pure speculation) People are likely to splurge for the absolute best item they can OR set a low gold cap for their search and try to get a smaller upgrade at a more reasonable price. By selling in the middle price range, you may be missing out on more targeted shopping searches.
4) There is a lot of gear on the market, and supply may be outstripping demand by a lot right now.

I'm having the same issue where I'm really undercutting my sales, but they're just not selling. I think point 1 is probably the most important reason.
Have you tried just searching for your items that arent selling? If you cant find it you caught the bug.
I refuse to use RMAH until I see this issue addressed let alone fixed... They get a dollar for everything you post and sometimes it wont get posted? Wtf...

Your all wrong... I did the same thing. Undercut for quick cash. Sometims items didnt sell im like wtf.. So instead of wIting another day for it to sell I ask a buddy go buy it out. He puts in the exact specs price everything and he cant find it. I asked another buddy and he couldnt find it. Theres a bug right now sometimez acutions just dont get posted. and its complete bullshit. Happens more when the auction house is laggyer. Ive had to wait 2 days on 10 items because of this. I called blizzard they say post on the forums we cant help over the phone. I post on bug forum no response. And I see other people posting things about it but no blue reply....
So after the ss nerf... Its not as bad as I though I guess... As long as our traps dont get a nerf next.... But right now I have my glass cannon build im sitting about 55k dps and 20k hp. I can kill litterally anything now exept these bullshit elites that have reflect damage.
The way ive been dealing with them is spamming my NT about 3 hits from them im at 20% hp I pop ss regen it back start dying after it wears off pop again.. regen it back from tenticles. Start dying again pop a potion and then im dead after that and there around 1/2 hp.
Anyone have any better ideas I feel this is not the best thing out there and im being dumb.

Im on anywhere from 7 pm to 5 am pasific. But after next friday ill be on unemployment so I will be online 24/7 for the next year lol
I also have a monk rl friend I play with alot same gear as me pretty much expet more tanky than dps.
Im curious to see if it is worth it . Right now I do have my glass cannon gear but I would definatly take a damage decrease to get resistance if I can take 2 - 3 hits. But I still dont have the best gear now and auction house is so fucked up... I cant make any gold to even buy a whole new set of gear

Im not saying its impossible...I just really would like someone to post a video of a Demon hunter.. (after this last patch thing) killing belial on inferno solo... The adds go invis... he 1 shots you at ranged if not invis..
OR that one dude after azmodan the first guy of act 4 i forget his name... If you go invis he teleports away..
Welll.. as many of u probably noticed they took away our one defensive cooldown... Oh sure we can lay a trap. oh sure... we can roll away 2-3 times.. 1/2 the mobs this wont stop and even if it did . we stop running.. they one shot us.
NOw that i have been farming the last few days for high dex gear and staying around 25-30k HP... does this mean i need to go out and spend 1,000,000 ( yes litterally not figuratively) on every new piece of gear to try to stack vitality as high as possible? and then well just sit in the back and do as much damage as a tanking barbarian oh but at least now we can get 2 shot... instead of 1 shot.. right?
Anyone ... Anyone.... have any ideas of what we can do..
BTW go ahead and hate.. IDC what u guys say for us to go invis for 20 sec is absolutly nothing compared to being able to go completely invunerable or even take 40+ hits and going 1/2 hp. there are even some fights that it doesnt even work for and we are completely 100% vunerable to 1 shot because they go invis to... or fly into the sky if we go invis. If your not a demon hunter going threw inferno solo.. GTFO and dont comment you may think you know what its like but u odviously dont.
