I will say however you searching for one with 30 Vit on it is rather pointless, 30 vit is so negligible for most wizards who use a 100% glass cannon build either way that there's no value to it that nor the small physical resist it gives.
With that said, I would offer 300k on it above his bid if you wish to accept a 300k bid.
Does anyone else think it is a god dam huge failing for a character class to need 4 purely defensive skills, one ambiguous skill in magic weapon which apparently no wiz plays without, and only one offensive skill. Eventually someone is going to post an Inferno wizard with no way to deal DPS and everyone will be like omg that is so cool I can just run to the end of the dungeon without dying.

As for gear difference it was once you hit about 60 or so you were fully geared (if you had the gear) in diablo 2 so 60-99 = same.
You indeed CAN join a chat room (General chat among class specific ones as well) AND you can do it in a game unlike D2.
Hitting 99, really not even possible without a bot or you seriously played WAY too much.
Full customisation, tell me every ability in diablo 2 was AMAZING, no... you saw Hammerdins/smitedin for the most part.
The ah sure it takes away the grind and makes it eaiser to trade for the most part instead of joining a random pug game saying trading-1.
