    For anyone who is not max level, use the "reduce level requirement" filter while searching for items 6-15 levels higher than your character; can get a HUGE increase to your DPS just from this.

    DoT effects do not seem to crit at all, yes. Have not noticed crits from Meteor either. Just don't stack crit / crit damage at this stage of the game.

    Did this even come up during beta? Can't believe no one noticed it.

    Can't believe people are mentioning Blizzard; works so well in combo with Disintegrate; add Frost Nova and you have no excuse to ever get hit.

    Energy Twister, on the other hand... :D Teleport is very lackluster as well; can't really justify giving up the skill slot that can be used for an extra armor skill.
