Well act 1 route is: Festering woods > Fields of misery > cemetary > highlands > halls of agony. That takes me from 40 min up to an hour.

Act 3 i start from a siege breaker run and go to keep depths till i get to 5 stacks, then siege > towers > azmodan. That takes me about an hour and a half, 2 if i decide to start from war machines q.

posted a message on A farming question
Since 1.0.4 hit i've been farming non-stop and still havent found anything good. Now i know i have bad luck but i want to know what is the best thing to do to finally get a decent item/legendary. Should i farm act 1 with 340% NV or farm act 3 with ~150% MF? Which would be better?

posted a message on Tyrael Tattoo(s). Regret?
    Quote from Tyraen

You are 9 sorts of confused/unhinged/uninformed/unaware.

He *chose* to fall, by removing his wings. That the security system in Heaven ejected him only emphasizes that what he *chose* to do worked.

He fell to help guide them (humanity/the player). Not to do all the work. Would be a stupid ass story if the whole point of the game was running around changing Tyrael's diapers while he whips ass the whole time. "Here, Tyrael, a potion! Let me run sell these white items for you Tyrael!"

Siegebreaker comment - retarded. You may have done better work in elementary school - 4 weeks ago when you got out.

Not truly mortal, just no longer an angel. Who in hell can you be smart enough to type legibly and strings word together properly, yet have absolutely no clue how ridiculous they sound?

Sucks *you* don't like the story. Sadly, judging by your post, you are no better at writing than Blizzard.

This sentence alone crumples your post to ashes. But i agree with your points about Tyrael. He might not be a whole angel anymore, but he is neither human. He still got da juice brah!

    Quote from dephness

u wont be able to spend 500k and expect to get a 30 million xbow...

thats like going to a casino and spending 5 grand and expecting to win a car thats worth 100 grand

sure some people do and they are VERY lucky. but more then not it doesn't happen

That was not what i was saying. Im asking if it is possible to get that 30 mil xbow seeing as the ilvl of craftable stuff goes only up to 62.

posted a message on Best xBow from crafting!
So i was wondering if it's actually worth crafting a 2h crossbow since i recently found the 5 affix doomcaster. Wasted some 500k for about 10 crafts + a tittyload of mats, best dps was 890, another one 820 with a socket. So if you've been busy crafting, please share what's the best dps you've gotten on a crossbow and if it worth spending all that money on it.

posted a message on original FLAT INFERNO DIFFICULTY was much better
I'll tell you what would be much better. If the russians nuked the shit out of blizzard HQs for making act 3 so freaking impossible!. /rant

Anyway, if the mobs are all the same level/difficulty, they should drop the same loot then. Which would then proceed to eliminate all other tiers in inferno except the top one (act 4 items) because why would you even want any of previous tier items. So yeah, back to getting anally raped by fast/horde/jailor/arcane enchanted soul lasher in heart of the damned.

posted a message on WD build: Passive damage
Well you should lose the dogs ASAP. Garg can last u until act 2-3 of hell but he wont be that much of use expect for a door blocker along with ur templar. Haunt is a very situational spell, normal packs die too fast for haunt to be effective so you can switch it up with some for of AoE.
Now, there are 3 skeleton-builds that you can go for. you can choose the way of the Dart, the Bat or the Bears. If you go for bats or bears, replace SF with Vision Quest. If you go darts, take Spritual Attunement (or if your building up on attack speed, you could try Fetish Sycophants). In any case, i also suggest swapping Zombie Handler for Spirit Vessel.

So basically you MUST have grasp, spirit walk and dart/bat/bear. The other 3 skills are up to you. If you go darts you can get an AoE (i used acid cloud, it's a good skill) and whatever. If you go bats/bears, you will need to take some skills that have a considerable cooldown (so your vision quest has a lot of uptime). Wall of zombies/Mass confusion are good choices.

Good enough for normal and nightmare, not really for hell, impossible for inferno. No SW makes me a sad panda. Gruesome feast makes me a suicidal sad panda.

    Quote from Rainbowdash

How about farming Maghda on Inferno? (I admit I'm not there yet... something called work is stopping me from playing as much as I'd like!)

On Hell she's a pushover and she's got pretty good drops, true that there's only 1-2 champ packs before her but with ur MF-gear you could ignore the valor buff and maybe just maybe get some better shit?

Yeah in Inferno she's easy as well. The thing is, there are 5-6 elite packs cramped in Alcarnus and some 150 normal mobs, getting to her will take me hours. Also, the valor buff isnt just for MF, it also increases the number of items dropped by a boss.

    Quote from Lemonpantherz

i have done the old ruins runs in the darkseller dungeon like 50 times with my 107% MF i got four legendarys and lots of good rare items, alot faster and more easy to do :P

Before i started doing butcher runs, i farmed the woods north of the drowned temple. 4-7 elite packs always, still didnt get shit :(

I've been thinking bout that too, who's to say that gearswitching the last second actually works? With the RNG about you can't really say what's working and what's not, is there any maths/proof on this?
Have you tried doing the boss in completely full MF gear?

Heh cant do that, have only 9k dps 14k hp in that piece of shit gear set.

Done over 50 runs so far, takes me 25-35 mins per run with clearing every zone from Leoric's manor to the Chamber of suffering. Every run is approximately the same, loot wise. Got 1 legendary so far from a frigin' barrel. This is the kind of loot you can expect from it with a nice 240% MF stacked.
Maybe what gear you have on just on the last hit matters to avoid gear switching just the last second?

Well ive killed the Warden the same number of times as the butcher and i kill him with my MF gear on from the start cuz he's easy and nothing good from there either.

    Quote from Forlornz

Actually all godly rares are in the AH, and they come from later acts (imo), who are almost unbeatable with "normal" stuffed chars :(

Cleared act 2, maybe saw 1-2 good rares, just finished the 2nd quest of act 3, killed 4-5 elite packs 0 fkin rares (although got a few blue weap for lvl 52-53 with 180-250 dps)!

anyone actually got anything really good from doing those runs?
from my expierience it's just like someone mentioned : you only get crappy rares which are not even worth putting on AH.

Do people not understand the meaning of the word random?

Too random... 50 runs average 20 rares pur run is 1000 rares... out of all those 1000 rares i haven't found one that was really any good. Good thing people will buy almost anything or i'd be broke by now.
