Botting = gold and gear creation for no or negligible marginal effort. From the individual perspective, of course you can see what people do it - it's gold and gear creation for no or negligible marginal effort. From blizzard's perspective, and the perspective of anyone investing effort into their gold and gear (which is devalued by the creation of more of it, easier), you can see why it's "bad."
I can mug people, if I think it's easier way to make money than getting a job, but that harms the society in which I'm part of, and I may get caught.

With respect, 4/5 is most. The 1/5 figure is completely arbitrary though. This data is completely unusable to measure actual number of, say, weekly players. Only Blizzard knows that. It's also pretty irrelevant to anyone, I'm only in this thread because the end of the subject was cut off on the latest posts so I didn't know what it was about,

Nov 6, 2012I think it's standard that buffs affect shots as they are fired, for all abilities that add buffs to an ability. Player-applied dies are removed when items are bought from the auction house, but items drop with a color pre-applied, so that's where the pink comes from.

If you are using CC to stun-lock, there is no change. You gain the ability to use it sparingly at full effectiveness, but because it's only sparingly, it'll just reduce kiting a little and give you a few more burn opportunities... I don't think it'll make much difference except in fun/build variety,
I imagine it;s more along the kind of... some weapon damage multipliers go down because some base damage gets added, for example. It is unlikely to be that, but that kind of thing...
