GEAR SWAPPING (TOGGLE ON/OFF) WITH COOLDOWN ON TOGGLE OFF
Add a Gear Swap system in, but with a cooldown system in place to prevent it being abused on trash clears etc.
Also have a toggle on and toggle off system for this gear swap, and make it such that the cooldown for the gear swap ONLY gets trigged when you "toggle off". Therefore, you can fast toggle on MF gear for the kill, then after the mobs die, you can "toggle off" the MF gear so you can continue clearing without any delay. Only after the switch back to normal gear do you trigger the cooldown.
This gear swapping system can not only just be for MF gear.
You could for instance have a tank setup on your "toggle on" set and a glass cannon set as your normal setup. If you think the champ pack is too strong for whatever reason, you can toggle onto your tank setup. With the cooldown in place, it will prevent people from abusing this for champion/boss spell casts, such that they will have to commit to switching back to their original setup for X amount of seconds (say 30sec to 1min < provided this is short enough to be off cooldown when you reach the next champ pack).

Otherwise it increases the perceived chance of legendaries dropping, since you cannot count the number of breakables/chests broken/opened.

Non-Elites: 162,377
Legendary Drops from Normal Monsters: 2
Legendary Drops from Elite Monsters: 4
Total Legendary Drops from Any Monsters: 6
4 of the 6 legendaries were found running 250-300% MF
The rest were either leveling or were from trash, with minimal MF.
I have found 3 more legendaries on top of the above mentioned. But they have been from breakables/chests (weapon rack, and clouds)
My MF gear would generally only be equipped for around 500-1000~ of the elite kills through MF gear switching. Normal mobs would be with little to no MF gear.

I had the same issue, but for Installer Tome 2.MPQE
There was a Installer Tome 2.MPQE 500MB~ and a Installer Tome 2.MPQE.temp that was 4.5GB
I tried renaming Installer Tome 2.MPQE to Installer Tome 2.MPQE.backup
and renamed Installer Tome 2.MPQE.temp to Installer Tome 2.MPQE
and I was still getting the same error.
Redownloading the game now...
