Let the dungeon be a random spawn in one of the open areas in the act you are on and/or increase the number of NV stacks required to enter it to 10 or so.
Also if you find it before you have the stacks you should be unable to enter it until you have them.
To avoid inflation in the MF and XP numbers every stack past the 5th one should not add any extra MF/XP but only count towards the opening of the dungeon.

but the reason diablo 2 was big fun and a year long succes is because of repeatedly farming the same mobs over and over and over and over wasn't it? i know this is not diablo 2 but let people decide which path they choose and if they think its easy way to get loot buff the mobs but not reduce the loot? it's all about the loot after all when you get to lvl 60 isn't it?

So call me stupid but how can you pick up someone? Its BOA? What am i missing here?

I know that Bane of the trapped and enforcer are a must have for a sentry build but what about the third one?
Is Bane of the powerful the only option we demon hunters have?
What about other gems that can be used? Anyone has a link of a streamer that has tested more or explains why X gem is better than Y gem?
