yeah and its activision not blizzard cos since they merged Blizz is not longer in charge no matter what they were saying and only profit matters now - so i have no idea who they banned but probably some long time unused accounts or just said and did nothing
What a bunch of crap. Blizz makes money off of the buyers, not the sellers. If people are willing to pay that much for an item, they will pay that much regardless of who is selling it.
If anything, botters reduce the amount of money they make from RMAH transactions since they are more legendaries flooding the market forcing the price down, and fewer people willing to buy on RMAH because they can bot for legendaries and gold.

At any rate, it should be easy to verify whether certain skills alternates weapons if you equip weapons with vastly different damage, but don't know if anyone has actually done that test yet for any skills.

Spirit spenders can do some pretty amazing things.
If Monks can naturally generate as much spirit as a Barbarian generates fury, monks would be overpowered.

Everyone plays the game for different reasons. Why do people complain just because others value things differently? Aren't there bigger things to worry about?

It is also pretty likely there will be feats of strength for being the first to level 60 (maybe one for each class). WoW had similar feats of strength even though level cap is trivial there. Feat of strength for finishing Inferno is also likely, and I think that is going to be the true race.
Just because there isn't a Diablo II style ladder doesn't mean no way to verify who has the first level 60.
