Slept from midnight to 3am est, chugged a monster, played Starcraft 2 until d3 login stabilized, and played from 4 to 8:30. I got enough play in so I'm not going through withdrawal, but I am eager to get home regardless. And a little tired, but nothing too bad.

Common belief is that skills with notable cost or cool down will always use main hand, while your spam able skills will alternate. Anyway, it's generally better not to dw if your weapon dps is so different... Just use a shield if you dont have a good off.

At any rate, it should be easy to verify whether certain skills alternates weapons if you equip weapons with vastly different damage, but don't know if anyone has actually done that test yet for any skills.

Sure barbs and monks generate resources at different rates, but they are different resources and you spend them on different things. Fury spenders don't seem that incredible... Just slightly improved attacks. During beta, I didn't bother with them at all.
Spirit spenders can do some pretty amazing things.

If Monks can naturally generate as much spirit as a Barbarian generates fury, monks would be overpowered.

    Quote from Gekkeloko

This game is ALL about Story.

Everyone plays the game for different reasons. Why do people complain just because others value things differently? Aren't there bigger things to worry about?

Well, there is probably an achievement for level 60 and maybe it would be timestamped so people could verify who was first (WoW achievements show the date, but I don't think the time, so maybe not).

It is also pretty likely there will be feats of strength for being the first to level 60 (maybe one for each class). WoW had similar feats of strength even though level cap is trivial there. Feat of strength for finishing Inferno is also likely, and I think that is going to be the true race.

Just because there isn't a Diablo II style ladder doesn't mean no way to verify who has the first level 60.
