I was just wondering if anyone else notices when they use fetish army if they run in and run out while they are active? They go in and do damage, but I see them running out for a second only to run back in. Is this supposed to happen? I just feel like it's a waste of time and dps for them to do this. It isn't just one or two, it's the entire army.

I dread inferno. I usually play with a barb as stated before and I know when you have more people in game the mob numbers usually go up. Thus, I begin to lag. Even without him in game I begin to lag especially with those that can mirror themselves. I find myself doing just fine until they are all up on me without me even seeing them walk to me. Not the teleporters either. They just appear because of lag and it really messes me up. Well, I guess I just learn a little more on kiting. I just don't want to go into inferno and not be able to get anywhere else. It scares me that I just might get stuck in one place.

I am not too sure if it's because I am still in nightmare, but I do use the Garg. My templar as well as Garg have a pretty easy time keeping things off me. My Garg dies and I just bring him back. He isn't there to tank for me, just keep things occupied when I spirit walk. That does take aggro off of you. As a witch doctor and having a small health pool at the moment, I find the garg to be a huge help with coming against blue mobs.

From what I have been reading as far as spells go, it seems they are for strategic purposes only. I know even in normal the dogs would die instantly. I never did try the sacrifice. I am thinking maybe they scale on your intel? I dunno, I am still in nightmare and hell scares me to death! I fear I won't do any damage. I run with a barb and he dies sometimes, thus I am always having to kite. When I kite? I run into more mobs and it's just a cluster F by then.

    Quote from Kallette

Have you considered that maybe these complainers you hate so much actually really wanted to enjoy the game? And that they're upset because the game is not what they were expecting. I just made an account to post this, so I'm not one of your dreaded complainers but I just might be soon. If I come to this board (or more likely, the Blizzard Diablo 3 board) to post about something I don't like, it's because I really care about the game and I want to see it improved (in my eyes).

Really wanted to enjoy the game? I am confused. What's not to like other than what EVERY game that is MMORPG have? New release bug syndrome. This is to be EXPECTED. It's how Blizzard as a business has become so huge. They know what's wrong. They accept it, talk about it, and even allow us to voice our opinion. However, what gets me the most are the people who never played either of the Diablo games before this and seemed to want another World of Warcraft. The news on this game has been out there way before release. Why didn't people do their homework first to see if they'd even like it?

I honestly feel Blizzard has held the hands of a lot of people when it comes to gaming and that's obvious from the constant spiral in World of Warcraft. Vanilla was challenging and now those who enter that universe are spoon fed to the extent of being elite in a month. I just read a post of someone complaining about potions being on cooldown. They never had health globes on Diablo. I am just astonished by the gravity of so many people upset at a game that came out a week ago. Maybe I am just naive.

I have come to notice that most of the people complaining never played either of the Diablo games before this. It seems they were waiting for another World of Warcraft or something. The mechanics of the game haven't changed one bit and the others were nothing more than a grind fest with quite an epic story. I have to give Blizzard props for not messing this up. I haven't found anything I do not like about this game. The story follows the second and some of these mobs are hard. I think it's a great third piece to the trilogy. If anyone remembers most of us beat the second one so long ago and did nothing but get rushed just to go pvp or magic find. Yet, we have years upon years invested in the game. All I can say is, if you don't like it.. don't play it.
