Just posting your accomplishment will cost you any chance at America's First level 3!

3 was a little too high for my calculations. I figured someone might as well have some fun streaming rather than the serious "I am a theorycrafting guru I will be the first to 60 or bust," types.

posted a message on America's first level 2!!
I am going to make the attempt to be America's first level 2 in Diablo 3 with America's launch. I believe with my internet speed, short password, and hours of login practice in the beta, I will surpass every one else and be the first one on the servers to even kill a minion.

I know what you're thinking, that reaching a level on your character before anyone, is highly skilled and sounds very hard and time consuming, but I have practiced off of beta knowledge for months now, and have many spreadsheets detailing log in times and possible errors that could happen. This will put me ahead of all others.

If you would like to see the first level 2, watch me at www.twitch.tv/xstretchx

    /sarcasm

    Ps. Kripparian will fail.

What will be your world first while playing diablo 3?? World first at beating SK with one leg behind your head?

posted a message on Blizzard Would have been Better off making all Legendaries Level 60
OP should just play naked until level 60 since with his argument, it would be pointless to have any gear until it's lvl 60 required gear. If you make it all the way to lvl 60 then your point will be proven and we will all agree with you, until then eat crow.

I checked my private torrent sites and there aren't any making of dvds ripped yet. Possibly this weekend. I'm much more interested in some actual scans of the strategy guides, not out of focus iphone photos =(

Ugghhh, I took down my tracker site (it was just a simple xbtit tracker) so I have no way of seeding it. Stretchystrong was nice enough to upload it although I don't know if that's the flac version. If not, I can re-setup my tracker site after work and easily seed the flac version then, unless someone beats me to it :)

It's not the flac version, just a v0 in mp3 format. Never moved to flac because upgrading 315gb of music to flac would be a nightmare.

    Quote from Zera

God this is fucking pathetic. If you don't care for world firsts you shouldn't feel the need to make a post and all the people who clearly don't care either are putting way too much into arguing why they are right and everyone that want to get to the endgame is wrong in their way of playing the game.
World firsts is an important part of video games and without people that actually care for world firsts, min/maxing, etc etc casuals wouldn't be able to enjoy the content as much cause it probably wouldn't be balanced and for diablo there wouldn't be any proper items you could buy (gold or trading I wasn't even talking about rmah). Sure diablo isn't a game like wow where content needs to be fixed and tuned but there will most likely be things that will smash u into the ground in ways it wasn't intended too.
Personally I will play through normal and just chill then grind through the rest but why should I bash on all these people that either go for the more extreme or more casual approach? World first level 60 isn't about time it's about skill. Cause everyone going for it have the same amount of time it's just about who can chain the most xp and abuse/find ways to level faster. Considering most people compared it to wow max level I will do so as well and when the world first is hit in a short time span (everything below a week means that real life isn't the problem. And for wow it's usualy below 24 hours so sleep isn't either) it's all about finding a way to level faster than everyone else not to spend more time. Cause if time was the argument it wouldn't be a race it would just be something people did over months which isn't how it works.
Also none of you have played inferno it could be it isn't about skill at all and just about farming hell for ages for gear and then get lucky with gear. Not saying that's what I think inferno is but for the love of god you have no clue as to how it's tuned yet so stop saying inferno is so special when it comes to skill.

On the lore aspect. Let's be fair the majority of gamers don't give a shit about lore and nor do I really. I cared about starcraft cause I liked the story from sc-bw but most people playing games (even more so online games) couldn't tell you much about the text you could skip. People pulling percentages out of their ass might not be the right way to discuss this but the fact that we are on a forum prob means most care more about the game that the majority of the player base will. And I gotta laugh at the guy that brought up wow lore cause that is the definition of people not caring. Beside what gets told through gameplay the majority of people in wow couldn't tell you why they had to pick up those 10 bones orwhatever it was cause they don't give a shit it's all about the xp they get from the quest.
And guys just because diablo 2 was pretty big for a lot of you doesn't mean that the amount of games there are these days will even have played them (most teens probably haven't and they are a huge part of who is gaming)

    TL:DR

posted a message on Exp from 0 - 60 chart
I would not trust this source in the slightest. Kripp already was in another forum where they had a debate and he said his math was way off when the strategy guide numbers came out and the monsters could hit for 170k damage. His math is based off beta numbers that have been significantly changed. Everything Kripp knows is from the beta. He is just as clueless as everyone else about how the retail game will play.

posted a message on "One of the Chosen" Feat of Strength
There has been a new QQ daily about the game, which yesterdays was about the "anime" being "not great." Today's QQ seems so serious that it will probably take up two whole days of QQ, and it's the most arbitrary and trivial of all the QQ's yet. I will honestly go into every public game I can find and slam down my unique sigil banner relentlessly to see how salty it gets. Hopefully by the time the game comes out, all these crybabies can learn to be potty trained, put on their big boy pants, and forget about it so I won't feel the need to do this. Blizzard didn't murder your family and make you watch, nor did they lie to you. So stop acting like they pissed in your cheerios. If this affects your life in any serious way, I recommend a psychiatrist. My roommate, just got his masters, send me a PM and I can get you a discount and we will get your mental deficiencies fixed.
