    It does not affect Black Hole, or the Firebird dot OR Mammoth Hydra. Most people will probably have a bit on their Firebird Talons until they manage to snag a pair of Firebirds they can roll off the IAS for Int/Vit/CC/CHD

    He's right, in my own experience. CC WD, CDR Monk, and DH were the only real choices for high level GRs before this most recent patch. Barbs, DPS Monks, Crusaders didn't have the survivability to stay in the game. Only DHs and possibly Wizards could stay safely out of harms way..for the most part. But even then, DH damage just outclass Wiz damage so much that only DHs were being brought.

    With the changes to Electrified mobs, namely the ICD, it's possible melee classes can sneak in there again. I'm not sure. But Wizard and (I think) WD damage is comparitively low to DH, and that wasn't addressed, so I dont see that changing yet.

    As to Melee damage, I have no idea where or how they compare to Demon Hunters.

    That's exactly why the Depth Diggers nerf was such bullshit. Things like Velvet Camaral, Ball of Hate, Depth Diggers ought just to be removed from our loot table; they will never been worthwhile items, and Velvet Camaral is one of the rarest items in the game.

    If MM was too strong a primary, fine, nerf it. removing viability from the other items, esp, a set that required three legendary pieces? They can keep their game and I'll keep my money.

    No. Disintegration Wave is not Disintegrate. I thought, before RoS launched, that Archon's attack was simply Disintegrate, but it is Disintegration Wave. It is the EXACT same spell, uses the same breakpoints, but intentionally does not benefit from +Disintegrate.

    Literally almost everyone says you don't want IAS for a channeling build. It DOES drain your resources faster, sure, but you don't do less damage and maybe you get more. It's been repeated so many times everyone believes it, and maybe they are right too, maybe it IS the worst stat, but it's not a loss.

    i agree with the bit about Archon. Disintegrate should probably have a Lightning and Fire rune. Volatility feels like Fire, and Convergence could be Lightning.

    Explosive Blast should have a "Blast Wave" rune to knock enemies back and deal Fire damage.

    Shock Pulse, Blizzard and Hydra and Crystal Shell need not to suck. These spells are not used for a reason...

    Or, you could do a search on here, google, bnet or one of the many available free search engines and stop making silly threads.

    Edit: Seeing as how you are new here; Disintegrate works a bit different then your normal spell. It deals its damage in the form of many ticks per second instead of all at once like Orb. These ticks are combined into the damage number you see, but will never be in yellow critical hit text. Rest assured it does critically hit.
