As much as i appreciate Blizzard working hard on the servers to ensure we all have stable and rocking connections, I'm curious to how long each maintenance will last.
As I post this, the American servers are down for maintenance and as far as i can tell, there is no info on why or how long it will be.
Kinda leaves you hanging.
Shouldnt be that hard to make a short post about it.
Okay, so Blizzard site announces there will be events held all around the world on the eve of the epic release.
Question, when the servers open at 12midnight(so i heard) or otherwise, I'm located in east asia, and technically we're ahead of the US, so only on thr 16th for us, would it be the 15th for US.
So I'm curious if we would be able to play at all even if we get our hands on it on the 15th?
and would we be able to play on the US servers if say we are able to logon?
Wait till you find people who are whining and complaining about the removal of the traditional skill system.
Boy from what I read, i didnt realize people would lose their identity just because their hero would not be able to be "exactly as they want it to be."
Either way I believe we should accept the game with open arms in regards to whatever Blizzard decides to hand out.
Till the day we can create our own epic storyline with epic gameplay without screwing one thing up, i think we'd better give them a little slack.
I understand the devs trying to mix things up but in the case of giving +int to a obviously melee user weapon seems abit of a reach.
I probably will learn to live with it, I will definitely as you said use a 2 hander with +6 int over a wand with no +int, dispite the how odd itll look.
Randomness is abosolutely lovely, but they should probably put some filters, such as +INT has a great or no chance of ending up on a surely Barbrian or Monk weapon, since INT is mostly irrelevant.
Unless theres a greater scheme of things going on, hope its all due to it being beta, these little inconsistencies make the game look not thoroughly checked T.T
Apart from the Monk wielding or dual wielding weapons and yet still have "fist" related animations.
One question cropped up during my run in the beta,
when i was playing Wizard and i found a Sabre, that had more damage than my current weapon, my Wand.
Naturally a wand is more suited for a wizard, but in terms of damage dealing my Wizard wielding the sabre could technically deal more damage yes? So when it comes to this, im not really clear, as much as classes can don almost all types of equipment, is there any clear line to what is suited best?
or should my wizard use axes and my barbarian use wands just because the DPS is higher? O.o
I think they said that in a recent interview. Their goal is to have limitless co-op. When you join a friend's game, you play in his "world" and quest progress.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Noted, so even if i proceed further into the story and Act's in co-op, my single player progress remains? (in the event i do not want to start fresh from a certain checkpoint)
to be precise i guess will my character be at the same place when i was on co-op?

Or is everyone needed to go down to Funan to collect?
From what I hear I am going to get a preorder card and still have to collect at Funan with everyone else. Unless we bought the digital copy.
Anyone able to get it otherwise on the 15th itself?

I'm wondering if say, you play single player to maybe Act 1, but on co-op you played with your friends till Act II?
Will your single player game progress the same? or remain as 2 seperate "dimensions/reality"
