Unsure what you're asking. Blizzard? No it increases the damage of 'Meteor' (The wizard skill). And these are wiz only boots not any use for a crusader what so ever.
I've been looking for clues about that for the last 2h. ( I have a blizzard fire build with my Wiz ) didn't even catch that the Meteor skill was right next to it. I'm feeling really dumb right now. I should delete this post but I'll keep it on until a forum manager decide otherwise.
I was wondering if the secondary work with the skill "Blizzard" for the Wizard. I saw some build with this item and after a few hours of farming/spending shard I've asked myself if that meteor is the one from the Crusader or if it could work with a Wizard.
Secondary
Increase the damage of Meteor by 100%. When your Meteor hits 3 or less enemies, the damage is increased by 150–200%.
The set wont make it to live servers in the current state. The problem is the new 6 set bonus increases your damage by 500% for everything. Unlike existing sets like DH Marauder or Monk Sunwuko which only target a few specific skills and increase your damage only with those, the new IK increases all sources of damage you deal by a 6 times multiplier. This means all proc items like Thunderfury, Shard of Hate, Andarials, legendary gems, WotB - Slaughter, and even conduit are increased by 6 times damage.
It is absolutely insane in the current state and Barbs are doing 61 rifts in 8 minutes currently on the PTR.
Insane is the word. Like you said there is no way that the set will make it to live.
Torment 6 is way to easy. Would love if Blizz would make higher torments.
A lot of my casual friends would disagree with you. But a new torment that has monsters with more health or making more damage is not the good way to make the game more interesting. You can easily do GR for that matter. Instead of that you could make, let's say, a new kind of difficulty level but with challenge instead. Like monster with new abilities like what they're trying to do in the PTR.
I've been playing T6 speed and split run for the last 3 days with no avail. In the last hour a friend join my game and help me with a split run and he got the helm on his first try... but the cache left me with no luck.
So acording to their plan, season 2 will release in about 15 min (at the time I make this thread). So I was wondering if they will make a post about all the new stuff in the season before they open it. Or if they just open the season without saying anything, and you just have to check yourself.

One quick question... Will we be able to start right away on adventure mode or will we have to get throught all the act t'ill "the angel of death is dead" to get it unlock ?
I saw a lot of post today on ways to get to level 70 in less than 5 minutes (ok I exagerated here but it's funny anyway) and every one of them assume that adventure mode will be unlock. I'm not sure about it can someone please confirm this ?
CA is most popular build now and its required maximum damage per resource spend. So we need weapon with 4 primary stats: damage, 10% wd, Dex, 10% RCR. Something like this
I have the same Arcane Barb but ancient. This is the best item I've ever crafted.
I went through different Phalanx build for the crusader. I've got the 6 pieces bonus from Akkhan, got the shield Unrelenting Phalanx the 2H flail Baleful Remnant and event the ring Eternal Union that increase the duration by 200%.
So with all that I can't come up with something nice just need the build to go with it. (i've tried the stampede build but was more like... meh.)
Anyone has an idea ?
EDIT : I did try some mixing skill with related fonction to the Akkhan and Phalanx and more dps in general and was kind of cool but not "I-farm-T6-and-murdered-everything" kinda cool...
I found one for my monk. (a crapy one) For me it's the Furnace. I doubt the very existence of that item... One thing that one cannot see doesn't exist.
Hmm i have seen enough Supernatural to know, that this game is broken, u cant defeat death!
So true ! Now with that in mind what would the end look like ?
1) You get kill by Death and have to fought him in is own realm of TERROAR !
2) You can't kill him cause he's already "dead" (Somekind of bug would left is life to 1)
3) Tyrael angel-phone is body Castiel to help im fight Death.
4) In an Epic last strike, Sam and Dean Winchester spawn from the rift of Earth to deliver the final blow with somekind of Mighty Ring to the angel of Death !
Ok even if this is all comming from my own imagination and for the fact that i can't wait 6 more days to play RoS ! (and the next episode of Supernatural) I think the first point is probably the more or less logical choice to pick !

I have done the samething as you. But I plan on leveling up my gem of ease and be able to do at least T6 and gr 25+ before going for a barb.
And don't be affraid of being too late, Blizzard said that this season will last 4 months. So you'll have plenty of time to make a big bad barb

I found my first one yesterday. It had a +50% damage against elite. It was level 45...

Yeah I used to say that a lot... Outside of season my other Dh got that helm on the first try almost perfect roll on ancient. Now this is my curse lol

Did they remove out of the game the act 3 bounty cache Pride's Fall ? The helm with -30% ressource cost after not taking damage for 5 sec.
Want to know because I've been farming the act 3 40 times at least in this season and never saw it once. am I wasting my time here ?
