An autosort could definitely be pretty nice. Most of the time though now, since playing the beta anyway, I just keep keepers on the bottom right by moving them there and letting new items just fill the gaps.
I know for a fact though that if I had the option to sort my inventory and maybe, /gasp/ rotate an item sideways, I'd abuse the heck out of it.
The concern is mainly no sorting versus one click sorting versus 20 click sorting. I like the first two.
Lol, I think i'm going to find my old generic white microsoft ball mouse to play with. You people and your lazer diode dark field super 8 button mice, pshaw, two buttons, no scroll wheel, on a cloth mousepad ftw.
Anyone still got the original razer boomslang? Mine's busted but, oh the memories of performance gaming ball mice, waffle.
The last of my finals are in early May and I have about 3 weeks or something off. So maybe, except for the girlfriend, two weeks or so free to play to my hearts content. My condolences go out to those who are still in session during release. If it had come out during my finals.. well.. lets just say I'm not the most conscientious student.
A list of shield affixes and info. I think the loss of spirit regen from a second weapon is mitigable but it's hard to say at this point whether through attack speed, thorns, or resists/armor, or a lot of things really, depending on need. Need of course is a really open question at this point being that we've not encountered anything particularly difficult in the beta aside from 60+ destruction combos.
I didn't see a thread for this so decided to post one. What is everyone's fastest speed run thru the beta? This means from start to killing the skeleton king. Post them below for some friendly competition!
You wouldn't because speed runs are obsolete in D3.
I think there is some serious potential, nevermind the fact that it has been bluesaid that the game is being balanced for L60 in the first place. When I watched the new WD video and checked out all the equipment I did notice quite a bit of +life/leach/vit equipment. I chalked it up at first to a player of possibly questionable skill but it might just be that it's intent was probably going along with the intermediate melee/ranged caster play style.
As for health globes, I recall some WD skills that could produce zombie dogs aside from the straight summon. This with the chance for the dogs to drop globes could be explored by someone not 6 hours past his normal bed time..
Hrm.. Perfect balance... Somehow that isn't quite as enticing as it sounds.
Especially since I rather prefer one boobliebit just a bit lower/higher/flatter/rounder/innie/outie/etc than the other.
imho, for the number crunchers I think it could prove to be quite a boon. You could get to see the result of all the balancing that they've been doing thus far. It could indicate a lot of little details like mod/proc/stat balances at higher difficulties. For the average player, maybe not immensely helpful but definitely super curious.
Hazzit? I swear i've been compulsively checking this forum every 20 minutes. It's early in the morning and i've been working on a ridiculous term final english literature paper.. my head might just be a little mushy.
Looks like it's roughly split between Monk/Barb, then Wiz/DH, and the poor 3rd world Witch Doctor in last place.
Was already planning on playing WD, but even happier to be rooting for the under(world)dog, hwa ha ha.
Some were indeed quite a bit larger. The durance of hate, link below, was my most remembered one being that solo-p8 hell-meph runs before my tele-sorc were more often than not quite annoying, sometimes half an hour just hunting for stairs through the levels.
edit: After poking through the other maps though it seems that it was only a few of the areas that got the increased size. The forgotten tower (countess) was another.
So, two were larger as far as my meager research goes.

it'd be nice to know total numbers but whatever.
Poll ends on the 24th
Actually... that might just be 20 minutes from now (2am cst(gmt-6) / 12am pst(gmt-8))
edit: just checked the local poll and wondering why the major Wizard discrepancy.
