Poke me in the evenings, I should be online. Giving these away for 100k each, couldn't sell them, some are cool, most are crappy but maybe someone will like them.
Hey, I just wanted to share some thoughts with you, fellow diablofans and players!
I've been playing the game since release (exactly 6 hours after it, I went to sleep after seeing error 37 all time time ) and I must tell you I hadn't had good time with it until recently.
My main character is a Monk and, honestly, leveling it up was a nightmare for me. I hated getting r**** by hard packs and seeing wizards kiting everything getting it killed in the meantime. I also have tried rolling another class, but seeing my monk at 50ish level made me feel embarrassed being so close to the lvl 60 and not acomplishing it. So i gave it one last shot. I also have skipped a half of act 3 and the whole act 4, with the help of a friend I only killed Diablo on hell and got my @$$ to inferno.
At first, I was two shotted by the zombies and the wretched mothers in the very first quest, but I somehow progressed using public games (I usually play alone, but like playing with others a lot). It felt really bad at the begining.
The turining point was, yeah I know, it sounds stupid, buying some gear for 200k, yeah just 200k, but it was enough. I am now able to survive common monsters in inferno act I and also champions / elites with some easier affixes (e.g. shielding, extra health, mortar, horde - kind of these are no problem for me). I still struggle with combinations like arcane enchanted, desecrated, molten, vortex, but it is doable in a few deaths.
I really like playing my monk now, the gameplay has changed completely, I used to hate playing him, but now I love my character. I also was disappointed with the game for the most time, not willing to play it at times, but it's turned 180 degrees and it's awesome!
Here's my build, it's actually been purposed here, on the forums, and I guess it's quite obvous and popular among the monks: http://eu.battle.net...XegQ!YUX!ZZcZac the only difference is I use wave of light, instead.
How it works is simple, strike with deadly reach 3 times, then spam crippling wave for 4 seconds. Use breath of heaven to heal up, serenity in dangerous situations or to heal yourself too and Wave of Light if you just want additional damage. (You can replace Wave of Light with something else to add more survival, Blinding Light for example, of Exploding Palm (single target, e.g. bosses for more damage, but I usually use WoL the explosive light rune to knockback enemies and get away from danger). Having two spirit generators on your both (main) mouse buttons will provide a lot of spirit all the time, you generally won't catch yourself out of spirit.
I used a shield, used to dual-wield while leveling, but on inferno a shield is a must.
Yeah, I'm just a random, casual shinanigan, who wanted to say he's finally satisfied with the game.
And yes, I am aware of many flaws this game has, in particular I am still a little sad legendaries are weaker than rares, but we'll get used to that + they're getting buffed in the upcoming patches.
To conclude: I am now, finally, satisfied, with Diablo 3, it is finally giving me fun and I just wanted to share it with you, don't flame me for that. I beliveve there are tons of people like me, just wanted to stand out amongst those QQ post which happen from time to time now and bring up something positive.
Well, it seems it must be a bug. I found this on the official polish forums at eu.battle.net The guy, who posted this said he was playing with 3 other random guys and a friend of his joined and... bam! 5 people in one party.
Theres a necro in act 2 that is the disciple of D2's necro.
In addition, there is another event in Act 2 which features a "Dying Necromancer". This could quite possibly be the D2 Necromancer.
That"Dying Necromancer" actually says he used to be a student of a mighty necromancer "20 years ago" or something with 20 years anyway. Wasn't Diablo 2 20 years (in-game time) before D3?
To fill in an empty socket, firstly you'll need a gem (amethyst, emerald, etc.). Have the said gem in your inventory or stash, left click it and then left click the item you want to be socketed.
You should have no problems at all, this isn't WoW streaming tons of data, should have good time playing a lagless game, unless someone starts downloading some torrents or somethin'.
Why are people so scared about adding / typing in game codes before the release so they can possibly get banned?
Do you see any harm happening to anyone if you've received your copy already? Nope. Of course Blizz realises shops are sending boxes few days prior to the release day so everyone can start asap, neutral for them, good for the customers.

Yeah, I'll be very, very surprised if RMAH goes live tomorrow without any problems, they've pushed it forward 3 weeks already. But we'll see.

Yeah, I'll write back to the guy, maybe he's got more screenshots.

I guess that should not have happened, should it?
Source (in polish) http://eu.battle.net...opic/4209824218 You can clearly see 4 dots on the minimap + the player, makes 5 players.
Note: The player's friend joined using the "Quick Join" option obviously.

I mean, in your documents, there is a folder Diablo III, it stores settings, make sure it is not a hidden folder, nor it's "read only".
I'm running windows vista, so for me it's like: C:Users/<account name>/documents/diablo iii
Anyway, I thought that keybindings are saved online, just like Starcraft 2 ones.
Post an answer if it works or not.
