Thanks for the feedback everyone! But I have one more question before I'm set for the heavens to tremble; if I can't connect to battle.net thorugh Diablo 2 should I be fine for Diablo 3? I'm not sure why I can't connect, something to do with the registry keys since I got on a third party realm and haven't been abble to connect to the other realms since then.
After a lot of tech lookups I would say that yes you should be able to play Diablo 3 at low performance. If you look at this page here http://www.notebookc...00.20493.0.html you will see that the gpu you have compares to the HD 3200 which is in the Diablo 3 low performance supported cards.
You cpu and system will run it but I doubt that you will get high fps and its hard to tell if the game will be lagging (I don't have beta to test with and it depends on lots of factors like internet speed etc.). Also depends on the resolution you plan on running it on, but Blizz usually tailor their games to be able to run on a very wide range of lower end computers.
Overall I would say that I think you'll be in the safe spot if game is set to lower settings.

Alright thanks for the reassurance! I know. Last night must have been my third dream about coming home and finding the game waiting for me. Then I wake up.
That definetely gives me some hope. Especially considering how he has the SAME exact laptop model as I do and that looks like a good 30+ fps. Maybe I can even play with others in Diablo 3? Maybe with a little settings tweaking to set everything to the bare minimum, I might say the game fps and graphics may be satisfying.
I just made an account for this. I have been looking all over the place to find out that my graphics card is utter shit, my CPU is above reccomended and I might be able to run the game on lowest settings. Here are my specs:
