Like I've said before, while bots have a definite impact on the economy, they do not directly impact my game, and I would hate to see changes put in place that would hinder my experience simply to combat a problem that doesn't seem to affect me much.Posted in: News

You are 100% correct, it is slightly fruitless to debate these points when everything has been changing so much, but on the other hand it does make for a fun discussion

You are right, I didn't write my claim properly because I wanted to go check the modifier database As far as I can see from the data mined information, any gear can modify specific skills. Here's an example:
[Skill_DemonHunter_HungeringArrow 8] of the Predator on Chest Armor, Belt, Shield, Bow, Crossbow, Hand Crossbow, Quiver, Cloak
