I've been thinking about this a little today. With the game installation being unlocked on May 14th and the EU release I'm sure that tons upon tons of spoilers are going to be up everywhere. Now, in the US in the central time zone so i have to wait until 2am on May 15 to play D3. I don't know if I'm going to be able to resist the spoilers until i get the game!
What do you guys and gals think, will you be looking at all the spoilers to arise or do you want to wait and reveal what happens when you actually play the game for yourself?
I for one am going to try to keep off this site and others once the 14th hits, marathon my way through normal mode, then be back to talk about all the awesome stuff that happened!
i''ll be looking at everything, getting my hands on as much info as i can
Thats what I've been doing up until now! But i really want that first play through to be exciting and epic, and I really want to be surprised.

I think 0. I for one will probably marathon through the entire normal difficulty, but once I'm in nightmare, hell, and inferno i really want to take my time and get all the gold, rares, chests, treasure goblins etc, focus more on leveling artisans what have you.
I ran the beta on a late 2009 model Macbook, the only thing i had to do was update my OSX up to 6.3 i think. I went ahead and upgraded it all the way to Lion. It ran pretty well on this old mac but i would much prefer a newer model. It has the bare minimum requirements to run the game but it ran smoothly.
Not bad, I Still have 2 opinions what the comet is, It could be tyrael, the hole glows Blue, which is not really an evil colour, doubt it would have been chosen to represent something evil, could be tyrael crashing to earth after getting his butt handed to him (doubt he would initiate any attacks) But the skeleton king says the power of the comet woke him, and it caused all the undead to come up, so i doubt it is good in nature, is most likely a weapon/creature that is evil. Searching for something that was left behind maybe? Still in 2 minds. ah well 2 weeks till we find out i suppose.
your opinion on the comet being something harmfull, thus awakening the SK, seems sound. however the comet came from the sky, or perhaps more symbolically the heavens (High Heavens). it didn't come from below (Burning Hells). so maybe something bad/evil coming from the high heavens. long shot using this theory: Imperius, awakening the SK (and others?) to help destroy Sancuary, which he isn't fond of any way.
The whole falling star event could be, Tyreal crashing into the cathedral. This is the sign that "Justice has fallen" because "Valor has turned to wrath", this being the sign for hell to strike out because the high heavens are in a weakened state due to the loss of structure within the Angiris Council.
the highlight was playing the game eventhough i've midterm exams so the 30min breaks from study felt sooo satisfying and knowing that i've to do something with a time limit added a little bit of extra enjoyment (though i probably screwed up in one of the exams)
also when my friend asked me why i chose the female wizard and not the male (since he knows that i play only male) i said because of the pony tail physics
I was playing a wizard with my friend who was on a monk and he was constantly hitting behind me just to watch the pony tail move!! Tbh, it was pretty awesome
