Not to cast any doubt on the build (haven't tested it), but last I checked Arcane Dynamo gains a stack per cast, not per 'hit' of the ability, so chaining doesn't change much.
Not sure if it's a bug or if it's something I've done wrong but as a Wizard my Energy Armor buff doesn't get me to the correct amount of armor. I have 2041 unbuffed and 3515 buffed, yet the calculator says 3163 for some reason (buffed). Would appreciate if you take a look at it.
I'll go on and assume it's somehow related to my Glass Cannon talent choice.
Ugh I wish they wouldn't force a specific personality on your character. At the very least only give them one that actually befits a HERO. I have to be a self-serving pretentious brat in order to play a Wizard? Thanks Blizzard.
Archon seems really disappointing as it doesn't really seem to bring anything new to the table as far as skills.
Barb had the best class video imo. I started wanting a Wizard ever since D3 was announced but from skill video reveals to current damage numbers and now this underwhelming video and unfortunate revelation of the fact that she doesn't seem to be improving her attitude later on in the game...Wizard is now at the bottom of the list.
How about you enjoy the magnificent young lady for what she is, rather than complain?
Makes YOU sound like a real life pretentious brat.
Also, her personality is the best hero personality I've personally seen in a game for a while now, all those boring tragic/goodie-two-shoe heroes really make me mad. Give me an exciting voice that seeks power and self improvement over "saving the world", give me a lady with some sass and an attitude. She's slaying demons for crying out loud, must she be a boring normal hero to do it?
Why are people surprise about the Wizard's background? The female Wizard being a reckless rebel is probably the first thing we learn of her. Hell, it's in the overview in the official site.
Reckless rebels aren't necessarily cocky dbags and often they lighten up near the latter half of the story learning to grow up and realize they are part of something bigger than themselves. I had no problem with her having an attitude at the start but if she's going to be that way to the bitter end then she's just a sad little girl and not a hero.
She says she amazes herself when she kills a couple enemies with one blow. How is that deserving of being cocky? The others can do that too and they do not act like a moron about it.
The dbag part is all in your mind
And sometimes growing up means realizing nothing matters EXCEPT for you.
Who cares for heaven and hell? Let them fight it out. Not to mention the voice acting of the character itself does not change until the very end. What COULD happen is some minor touches on certain quests' dialogue where the female Wizard will be a bit less cocky and more to the point. But I wouldn't want her to change her personality for any reason.
I want my hero to be stronger than both, not to be your normal hero accepting orders and doing as told since he's "part of something bigger". She's cocky, with reason, if you look at the timing of phrase-putting that's RNG so don't go and act all silly about that.
Just because you like your girls to be good does not mean we all do. I like mine naughty and witty.
I love how maniacal and demented her laughs and voice overs are. The female wizard seems to be borderline evil and I embrace it. I will be a male on all four other classes, but I can't pass up playing this egotistical bitch. Wish the other classes had this much personality.
Was just playing around with it using my monk and I noticed two things.
First, where do you add elemental damage added to the weapon? For example if a weapon adds 1-2 Cold Damage it doesn't seem to get factored into the game's total DPS field either. If I enter all the data into the spreadsheet according to how my Monk is outfitted and I leave out this small bit of elemental damage from both of the daggers I'm equipping I get a very similar value of total DPS on your spreadsheet as I do in the game. You're spreadsheet reads 55.35 and the game reads 55.46. Could that minuscule .16 ammount of damage be all you get from 1-2 Cold Damage on the main hand ans 1-2 Poison Damage on the off-hand?
The Elemental damage affix should basically already be calculated into the weapon's base min-max damage. The only issue we've encountered with it so far is with the Poison affix which always seems to do less damage than it says for some odd reason. It's almost like having 2 - 4 Poison affix only does 1.5 - 3 and somehow deals 0.5 - 1 extra as a DoT (the green effect post attacking with it).

As the title suggests I'm here to offer everyone a chance to win a SteelSeries bundle or package.
The bundle includes the Diablo 3 Mouse, Headset and Mouspad(s).
All you need to do is head to my guild's website:
Why is the Cold Blooded passive in there? You've got only Blizzard as Cold damage and nothing that chills/freezes at all to gain from it.
The rest of it looks fine but with the way the build works (you can only put 1 Blizzard at a time) you don't really need Arcane Power generation - swap that Prodigy into something useful.

Looks interesting enough though

I'll try and find some mumble server for both EU/US sections to come together once in a while.

Your old buddy from D3U Hitori's back in town!
Gonna check that build later today.

Quite a shame, really, oh well - lower DPS it is.

TL;DR -
Your defense means NOTHING!

Quote for the win. Exactly my point of view.

Here's how I'd go on about it:

There's still the problem of no proper single target cheap spell (ray of frost?) but it should and be lazy-like
