    prim stat: 1644 (matches screen)
    damage: 37582,78 (screen: 37583,89)
    main hand dps: 1162,7 (Screen: 1162,9)
    MH aps: 1,342 (screen: 1,34 = ok)
    crit chance/damage: 20/133 (matches screen)

    the differences are marginal. But I have to say that the page isnt very performant. it causes my browser (that very tab that is open) to have serious stutters. and my pc isnt the worst ;D

    I have to attach one more thing after I tried what is possible with a ridiculous low budget as I have. I invested 1,99€ (sold sth before) for a 650 dps 250 loh 80 str/vit mainhand and about 80k for a 500 loh 500 dps offhand, as well as another 70k for two items, that alltogether including all buffs (except wrath of the berserker) put me at 39% critchance and ~900 loh. I have 45k life but only 190-220 resistance (which is a BIT low) and ~13k dps w/o wotb.

    - shielding / invuln. minions totally rapes that build. no hits = no rage = no loh = no whirlwind = no sprint = dead.
    - Mainly because of my quite low resistance, I got a combo molton firechains plauged shared health, also totally raped me. I was dead before I could get battle rage up. when I got BR up, I was dead before I could use wotb and spam WW.
    - I have the feeling, that crits from the tornados from sprint dont give rage. so the sprint tornados are soley for loh procs (which works). Can someone confirm/reject this?


    so if the affix combo doesn't include invulnerabilities and/or isn't a totally assraping elemental damage combination, that build is a very viable one for low geared barbarians. Yet you SHOULD have a fair backup of gold, because you still will die quite a lot until your gear really gets better. and repair costs hurt if you dont have that little bit of backup gold.

    /edit:
    waller arcane enchanted in limeted areas (festering woods, to be precise) is also not funny.
    same with reflectdmg + electrified at the same time.

    so I need more resistance (#1), more life on hit (#2) and very seriously, more crit (#3). I think my base dps is fine, I just have some bad luck when it comes to affixes right now. and seriously, I'm running out of gold.

    I'm not crying or bitching around. I just want to know, what you define as "very little gold"? I have really crap gear (I can barely farm act one. it is possible, I get butcher down, but it actually can be a pain in the ass with the wrong affixes on rares. I don't even have to try act 2 yet, I get ass raped (yep, post nerf). I have around 42k life and it is basically a defensive build, just with a 1200 dps 2h weapon. I have currently roughly 400k. is that your sort of "very little gold"?

    3 legendarys, around 1k loh from weapons alone, the neck is also quite brilliant. I can see how the build works, but I cannot see how that gear is worth "very little gold". and getting all of this from just inferno act 1 farming would just be too fricking ridiculous lucky.

    however, I'm sure I'll give it a try. it's always refreshing to see a way-from-standard build work. :) hopefully it doesn't get nerfed. 1.0.4 is coming and as it looks like, there will be a lot of "class balancing".

    hatred reg: 5/s (8 when I have marked for death, I don't use companion)
    Magic find: 49% (no valor stack. I have gear which brings me to 119% without valor, e.g. for big chests)

    I just can repeat what everyone else already said: most important thing is your weapon, it doesn't matter which stats are on it. Just see that there is NO ias on the weapon itself and that it has somewhere between 1100 and 1200 dps. I currently use a 1162,7 dps weapon with basically no stats on it. no dex, no crit dmg, no socket, nothing. just dps. Had cost me 1,4 mio gold, so basically try to save something between 1-2 mio and just buy the highest dps crossbow with no IAS on it with that money. it will help A LOT.

    oh and for my high crit chance (I was surprised myself when I saw that it is already THAT high): 7% on gloves, 1% on one ring, 3,5% on quiver, 4% on bracers, 3% on helm. 18,5%. remaining 11% seems to be baseline. If you want detailed screenshots of the items, PM me, I'll try to make a compilated screenshot of it then.

    If your time your SS properly you can fire 2-3 NT for each SS. You can also use Impale and fire 3 per SS. Reflect is annoying, but building your entire gearset around 1 affix that isn't that bad is a waste. Also, with survival gear you still won't live long against a Reflect pack, even at 40k DPS you will instantly die if you DPS without SS up.
    never said that one should built everything around reflect mobs. I just said, that the "everything gets easier with more dps" may not apply for reflect dmg mobs. but hey, it wouldn't be fun anymore if EVERYTHING would be easy eh? :)

    (had a reflect shielding extra health fast soul ripper group once. even with 100k dps they will be some sort of problem :) )

    I'm actually wondering why everyone is so not believing the numbers.

    Bizz said that inferno will so kick people's ass.
    everyone said that this is exeggarated.
    Then they said that no one of the internal testers managed it to beat inferno.
    everyone was calling them to have bad testers.
    then they said that they had a dedicated testing team just to ensure that inferno really is a damn challenge + someone who can be trusted when it comes to accuracy of numbers in guides gave the actual numbers for some monsters.

    and now people calling the numbers bullshit and fake.

    wtf is wrong with people nowadays. I bet, even if everyone would have had the experience of inferno themselfs, they still wouldn't believe it, would they?

    gamers nowadays are such pricks sometimes... it is disgusting.

    it all comes down to what the character screen says about "damage". take whatever gives you a higher number.

    the only real difference will be the additional damage e.g. holy or arcane. you then need to divide damage by speed, e.g.:
    2-4 extra damage at two 1.6 speed weapons or 7-9 extra damage on a 2.4 speed 2h
    that is 2*(3/1.6) or 8/2.4. 3,75 or 3,333. now add this to the numbers you see in the screen, and whatever comes out as the higher damage after that will provide you with a higher damage output.

    Yes, I'm serious.

    From whatever I read and considering that even SK on normal takes a BIT of skill - considering you still can beat him completely naked, because normal is basically story mode, I don't see anyone beating inferno for the next 11 weeks which it is when it's 1st of august.

    who takes the bet? :)

    my order in which I'm gonna play chars is:
